Accessibility:

 • The location is rather difficult to find and reach. Set in the deepest reaches of the mountains and covered by the foliage of the plant life there are many rocky arches that reach up high. If you follow these in the right direction, they will slowly sink lower and lower down with the land. The way in is though a long wide tunnel with the arches acting as supports. The tunnel itself is big enough to carefully fly a large corvette down. It goes down nearly three miles before reaching a large and expansive cave.

[*]
Description: At first glance these arches seem nothing more than simple geographical aesthetics with large arches that sometimes looks like can be used for flying practice with large animals or a fighter. How ever inside the main cavern huge Dragon head carvings stand tall over head the deep floor.

POINTS OF INTEREST
Dragon’s nest and Riders Village
There are many dragon nests scattered around this place all ranging from
different sizes depending on the dragons that made them. Not only size
but also the materials. Some will be made from the bones of dead carcases
while others are made with natural plant life or even a combination of
the both. This is a good way to gauge the aggressiveness of the dragons that
Nest. At the very back a village has been constructed into the rock’s, the village is only small and is a place only reserved for beast riders, or this sect the dragon riders. It is a place where they can remain close to study other dragons and hope to someday bonde with their own. Inside the homes and buildings are UV lights but on the outside it is light by the fauna and fire light to ensure nothing is majorly affected. There are many large stone circle platforms where dragons can land.

Mist falls
Even though there is only one real entrance there are many water tunnels that run through the mountain and the ground, one by one they all forum up till creating a river like tunnel. The tunnel itself ends at a large hole at the top of Dragon's nest water and steam rushes out. Over millennia the water formed a Stream that splits off in many directions going through the plains and to the lagoon. Although it’s speculated some of these streams was made by the creatures that inhabit this place.

The glowing Lagoon
It is not the water that glows but rather the freshwater seaweed that gives of what looks like a turquoise hue and the water magnifies it. The deepest point goes as far down as 301ft / 92m that continues to connect to smaller chambers underneath the keep the water flowing. Although its average depth is around 50ft / 15.24m. The water is naturally purified and is in fact the purest water source on Vanquo. Other than the seaweed there has been no evidence of other life existing in the water.

The great plains
Large open grassy area filled with nothing but the glowing foliage making this place a beautiful place to explore or live if the Dragons that fly over head at times allow your presence, There is wildlife in some parts of the plains ranging from small to large creatures that are treated as a food source. The place also has small overgrown ruins dotted around the places from the old civilization. Many of these ruins are inaccessible due to time degrading the structural integrity, however some are still accessible due to the animals constantly using them to make their home in.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Not much is known about this place only that it was built a long time ago when the natives and the dragons themselves roamed the skies and the ground of Vanquo and lived in harmony, Building incredible cities and such underground to keep from attracting unwanted attention from those that would come and exploit there home and the dragons they fly.The people lived in harmony with their beasts for a time people enjoyed the underground world they created and the treasures they created, But as time moved on as did the aura of peace as factions started forming wanting to not only take there underground world for themselves but make the dragons they ride into beasts of war and reclaim the surface and the stars. This sparked civil war among the inhabitants, a civil war that ended up in the annihilation of both factions that built this place leaving nothing but there dragons eggs and the ruins of there old civilization for those who come here. It’s only until now that the place has opened up once more to cast upon the world an older time.
