Ruling Council
The Selunite Alliance is governed by an anonymous Ruling Council that oversees all aspects of the Economy, maintains Security, performs Diplomatic Duties, and holds Legal Jurisdiction over the members of the Alliance. The numbers of a full council are kept from the public to ensure that a Councilor is kept free of coercion and can be drawn from any strata of society. The identities of the Councilors are only known to one another; with a Triumvirate of Open Councilors being known to the public and serving as the face of the Alliance.

The Triumvirate Council are the sole members of the Ruling Council whose identities are publically known throughout the Alliance. Each individual on this Council holds an additional title and responsibilities that come with that title. There are only three publically known Councilors at any one time, though should one step down or pass, they are replaced by a member of the Ruling Council. It is the Triumvirate and only the Triumvirate that is capable of appointing new members to the Ruling Council, decreasing or increasing the council as they see fit.
- Warden of Selun - The De Facto Leader that oversees and commands the whole of the Selunite Guard and its associated Military Forces and Organizations.
- Commander of the Watch - Supervises and Commands the Selunite Watch, the preeminent Law Enforcement Organization of the Alliance.
- Overmaster of the Guilds - Provides a check to the Guilds and Merchant Houses to prevent another Guild War; oversees the Economical development of the Alliance.

The Ruling Council of the Alliance is an Anonymous organization of individuals drawn from all strata of society to ensure that the voices of all individuals are heard. An individual may only be appointed to the Ruling Council by the Triumvirate Council, and their identities are always kept secret from the public to ensure that they and their decisions cannot be coerced or influenced by those seeking to gain favor or advantage. Each member is expected to keep their position on the Ruling Council a secret; donning specialized armor and robes that obscure an individual's face and body shape to prevent potential discovery of their identity.
Individuals of the Ruling Council are permitted to advance their own agendas provided that their actions and interest are not counter to or interfere with the interest of the Alliance as a whole.
