A minor clarification to the rules for dominions has been made.
Tier 2 dominions must now select their two planets from within the same hex.
This is because if said dominion was bumped to Tier 3 it would become messy.
The rule clarification is:
TIER 2
Post Requirement For Completion: 110
Any Member Can Join: Yes.
Any Minor Faction Can Join: Yes.
Gains: Two Targeted Planets within the same hex.
Maximum Dominions A Major Faction Can Complete Per Month: 3
