Description: The Ruin Citadel is a huge collection of buildings which formerly made up Halae, a town on the northern hemisphere of Daalang. After the destruction of the settlement led by Sorvae Sunfell and his forces, the town was turned into a citadel that would serve as the Sith Lord's residence.
The magnificent entrance is decorated with statues of mythical beasts, followed up with a grandiose bridge to the citadel. As the structure is a former town, it's not a singular building but instead a set of many different buildings. In the ruins, one could find an old marketplace, several parks, some old temples and even a huge town hall. However, all of these have suffered a great deal and are not but remnants of what they used to be.
Sorvae himself lives in the old mayor's palace, his staff in the surrounding buildings and his other servants all around the citadel.
As a result of several fires and bombings during the three-day siege, all buildings are now wrecked and coated in a layer of dark grime. To portray the power of the Sith Lord, none of the buildings have been restored and only the necessary repairs have been done to make the structures somewhat fit for living.
The Ruin Citadel has no defenses besides the walls that surround it, the river which surrounds the former town, and Sorvae's guards who secure the nearby areas.
History: Sorvae, as soon as he started his eternal expedition all around the galaxy, destroying as much as he could on his way, understood that he was no longer welcome in his previous home on Coruscant. For long, the boy pondered on the idea of creating his own palace somewhere nice or getting enough money to let somebody raise a residence for him.
However, plans and ideas often change and that is what happened to Sorvae's plans as well. The seventh planet Ruin visited happened to be Daalang, where he made a visit to a medium-sized town Halae. During the three days long siege of Halae, the boy and his forces destroyed nearly all of the town, leaving behind nothing but ruins.
The Sith Lord saw an opportunity in the desolation of the town and decided to turn all of it into his home. The ruins were left the way they were and the only changes made to it at all were creating a new entrance and repairing some parts of the city so that the citadel would be fit for living.
The boy's huge residence needed a name, though, to make him seem more powerful and majestic. However, it was not a difficult decision to make. The Ruin Citadel was inspired by his own middle name and the state of the town.
Intent: To flesh out Sorvae's living quarters and give some possible story opportunities.
