Project: Genesis saw not only the rejuvenation of progress and research in the bio-engineering branch, but also to rework the equipment the Rim-Guard had used and was now considered largely outdated to be given to the new troops. Yet despite the secrecy under which the project was pushed forward, the Olympian Forgelords had the task to devise new weapons under the disguise of being weapons for the High Imperator himself.
A heavy axe-headed halberd was among the prototypes created by the Imperator himself and was meant for those among the ranks of the newly created Grand Legion who would harness more of their brute strength and aggression rather than technique. Passed into production as the more savage brother of the Royal Molecular Voulge, the Halberd was commissioned and serves as an alternative to the more elegant spear.
