. Silas founded Rom'an Creations through the means of clever political scheming against multiple republic senators and through the use of heavy blackmailing and even hit-men. Silas intimidated a large group of senators through threatening to expose the senators black-market deals and slave trades. Due to this, the senators gave into Silas's demands and gave him enough credits as to start his company. Silas then used hit-men and assassins to kill the senators all at different times as to not rouse suspension. Though, their wasn't much suspension as after Silas received the funds he released the information about the senators causing them to be removed from the senate and threatened with a hefty fine which they believed they could escape from through going into sith space, they were wrong.
. Silas then searched through the galaxy with hired mercenaries at his side as to scope out a specific planet which almost none knew of. Then, he found it. Pax Insul, a planet virtually cut off from the rest of the galaxy due to the lack of people going towards it. The perfect place as to start the creation of a cloning company and to slowly start to breed a clone army as to sell to the highest bidder.

. Rom'an is built upon an island on Pax Insul. A cylinder-shaped white construct of steel raises up into the sky and branches out through the use of other buildings in a circular shape. In the middle of the buildings, the white construct of steel rises up above all of the buildings and has sections of concrete branching out at the bottom, like a spiderweb. Upon the white construct, lies radar dishes and a few overhanging balconies which house various ships which belong to the people who run the facility. Upon the inside of the white construct, lies balcony levels, leaving the center of the building empty save for windows and walls. The walls surround the middle of the interior of the building and windows. Where the windows are located, are reinforced doors which require a passcode to unlock. If one tries to slice into the systems, they will be met with many firewalls and a custom-built security firewall with many complicated codes located through it. Even if these firewalls are breached, one would need an eye scanner to get to the most precious data. Upon the interior cylinder, lies cloning tubes rising upwards to the roof of the building.
. Under the large white construct, lies a triple-reinforced vault door which requires two pass-codes, an eye scanner, and a blood sample from the director, Silas himself. Within the vault, lie large chambers of cloning tubes and a genetic scanners and modifiers along with other experimental technology.
