Rationale: The Corporation was created due to the convenience of Menka's forced skills that became very natural for her; mechanical engineering and droid programming. She was limited on funds even with the high risk jobs she did, and doing repairs and originally creating droids out of salvage earned her good credits in which birthed this Corporation. But it wasn't originally just created because of her salvaged droids.... Her knowledge in robotics and circuitry helped in starship design and creation, along with her past knowledge of unique designs, made for good performance and edgy-styled ships which earned her the paygrade that pushed her into business.
The Services portion of the Corporation could be considered secondary in the grand-scale of things; originally the Services which was War Recovery efforts (Helping people after wars while using the robots to clean up and help guide people) and Repair and Transport (Repairing other peoples ships using the droids, or transporting ships from one place to another for people as if a delivery or courier service) were things that came to be. People tended to ask and, because of her past, she liked helping people. Although now, she wish it was the primary aspect of the Corporation, it isn't asked enough to be notable.

Description: Corona S&S could be considered an underground, illegal corporation, due to the owners original jobs of smuggling and pirating, and one of those carrying over into the Corporation. But what it offers, publicly, is perfectly legal; repair, help, and non-war grade droids. However, the Corporation does accept illegal contracts, as long as they are profitable, which profit being a subject all on its own. The Corporation reacts to negotiations more towards usability rather than possibility; They prefer usable goods more than Credits when it comes to striking deals. Example being; Need help with Relief Aid after a war? Let the company claim debris as salvage, and depending on how much salvage is usable and they get... it could pay them off. This is mostly due to the fact that they don't regularly have access to metal or mineral mines in their starting days, which will probably carry on because Droids don't need to be fed, sheltered, or to be made happy. If the Company can make more Droids for free, they can offer more services that get them paid.
The Corporation is pretty Independent of itself, and seems to be morally good in providing as much service as possible at cheap rates, which is made possible by the droid force they use to do for everything. However it has been known to do more deals with criminal organizations because they are faster to get and usually easier to handle, although the only clientele they do not serve are those relating to Sith factions. No Sith will ever be serviced.
With the recent advancements in technology, weaponry, and location, the old salvage service has been able to start expanding its expertise and handywork. No longer just a salvagibg operation, this corporation was finally able to spread out and make a name for itself. Calling itself Rogueworks seemed appropriate, as it doesn't follow the regular flow of economy and corporations, and doesn't necessarily ally with winners, only who they want.
