The moody skies of Coruscant often shredded a dark gloom of depression over the people who got themselves stuck to it's natural occurrences. Of course just the weather never really hurt people into keeping themselves from what they really need or want to do. It just so happened, one of these very people, one by the name of Roxy had a very special plan for this very special day.​

​

That plan was to take strangers deep into space and get lost with them so they'd be forced to be her friends.​

​

It was simply foolproof in her mind. With an overly enthusiastic smile plastered on the young woman's lively face, Roxy, in the most appropriate attire she could muster of a loose long sleeved shirt, baggy loose soft pants, all with an artificial pink dye forced into them, frantically waved her hands around in a small tabled area where a few gathers she had seen, came into place. She held up a large holopad sign, almost as if advertising, reading in the largest font of basic the machine could support without it being forced to look messier than it already was, "COME FOR ADVENTURE IN SPACE TO EXPLORER ALL PLANETS OFFER" The most perfect basic in all the lands. Writers should look far and wide for the majestic writing placed on this sign. Now to wait, for people to stumble on over.​

It was boring today. Too boring for the girls liking. Neither Krest... err Darth Ferus were around to do anything with, or anyone else she sorta half knew. So in a quest to relieve this boredom Ruby took to the streets of Coruscant. So far all it netted her was a bag of popcorn and some tired feet. Ruby flicked up a piece to try and catch it in her mouth. It bounced off her nose and back into the bag. A snirk escaped her. At least she didn't waste a piece this time. Ruby looked up from her butter corned goodness in a bag to see some girl holding up a holopad with something written across it. Curiosity lured the cat towards its unknown doom. Ruby popped up in front of Roxy. Tossing another handfull of popcorn in her mouth, chewing away while not saying a word towards the sign. She was able to read it now. Exploring space and planets. Sure sounded fun, and not some science expedition from her looks.

The smile previously kept on Roxy's lips grew wider as a stranger to the system of her own knowledge came forth to take a gander at her advertising. She held the sign higher for a moment, then forward to the girl so she could read it in detail, all few words that it contained just to be sure she really wanted it. After waiting just a moment, the young girl moved forward with a small tone of seriousness and a majority of her voice in a chirpy playful attitude.​

​"You're interested, right? You are, right?"​

​

She spoke with a tiny tilt of her head, like a curious dog who was wondering if a treat were truly for him, and not another trick.​

Roxy had a small smirk painted on her lips. This trip would be amazing, especially when she had a new ship in her hand.​

Lorane had tracked Roxy here. Coruscant. Why did she always have to be on Coruscant? Whatever. At least his Firespray had gotten him here okay. He'd voiceprinted and locked it tight. Nobody was going to steal that one from him.​

He followed the tracking signal on her comm unit to what seemed to be part of the Old Galactic Market. Ah, there she was. Talking to somebody. Probably about work. However annoyed he was, he didn't feel that he needed to hurt Roxy's job. That would've been a low blow. Instead, he settled for vaguely embarrassing.​

​

Lorane walked up and slipped an arm around the blonde girl, running his other hand through her hair as he grinned at her.​

​

"Well, Roxy, looks like you've got a customer."​

​

He looked at the red-clad woman who'd been talking.​

​

"Y'know, the ship we're using for this is great. Flies like a dream, and built like a baby Star Destroyer. You'll love it."​

Ruby gulped down the last bite she'd taken. Some Chiss boy had come in putting the moves on the girl. They knew each other as she understood what he'd said. Was this a scam or something they were running? "Customer? Ohh, does this costs credits? I don't really have any. My master only gave me some spending cash for food and such. So uhh. I think I'll get going then. Have a good day". Ruby turned to go. Dismissive of this offer to explore space and planets. It'd take some good and quick convincing to turn the situation around.

Roxy glared, then roughly elbowed the Doctor into her ribs, running forward a little to catch up to the woman who was leaving, with more of a desperate nature.​

​

"Wait! It doesn't cost credits, this... this jerk bag is just saying things! I swear it's supposed to be a free ride just for fun."​

​

She had a gentle plea in her voice, and a large sum of anger gathering up from Doctor's sudden appearance, ruining her perfect day.​

Ruby stopped dead in her tracks as the blonde girl caught up to her five paces she'd taken. Her bag of popcorn was brought up close to her chest. Its papery bag and mostly air containing confines would surely shield her from any harm. "Who just gives out free rides into space. This sounds more like you're gonna kidnap me or harvest my organs. I'll warn you now I don't take kindly to people who wanna take my innards. So just... don't do that". Ruby was looking viably worried now. It showed ohh so well in her pretty pale skinned face.

"Eugh, organ harvesting. Morons don't know they can clone them, now?"​

Lorane had pretty much recovered from Roxy elbowing him in the chest. He used his jet boots to catch up and keep pace with the girl who wasn't a customer, but was for some reason still a viable option for the crazy blonde girl's joyride in his ship. He dropped down onto his feet next to them.​

​

"Honestly, Roxy is only here because I picked her up for free. She's just taking that and bringing... more... people..."​

​

He looked at Roxy, slightly dumbfounded.​

"I just made myself feel like a total nerf herder..."​

Roxy felt tiny tears swell up in her eyes, slowly dripping down. She gave a soft grunt of annoyance and turned away, slamming the pad into a table before storming off to her stolen ship. She didn't care if people thought she was going to steal their organs, she could make a trip herself. Let everyone else in the world miss out on this as revenge. That sounded much more logical.​
