Weight: 6
kg
Quality: 7

Special Features:

Helmet/Mask:
Wrists/Hands:

Strengths:
  • Blaster/Lightsaber Resistance: Due to the properties of the Asheran Armorweave this armor is capable of dispersing blaster fire along with other sorts of energy based weapons like heavy lasers. It is even capable of resisting lightsaber blows to a certain extent requiring multiple strikes from one to cut through.
  • Lightweight: While not as light as other sets of robes this one is extremely light in comparison to other armors or robes that Jedi and Sith have come to use.

Weaknesses:
  • Slugthrowers: While energy resistant to a certain extent, this armor lacks protection against slugthrower rounds except for the few plastoid plates. If a round were to hit anywhere else besides the plates it would easily tear through the armorweave.
  • Kinetic damage: Even with the plastoid plates being capable of sustaining slugthrower rounds it doesn't stop the kinetic force transferred by the wound or by a blunt force object.
  • Electricity: It is no secret that Asheran armorweave is extremely susceptible to electric discharges due to being a massive conductor making this armor more susceptible to those who use the force to conjure lightning or use weapons like an Arc Caster.

Description:
A decent portion of Raejar’s life had been spent being taught by warriors, one a Mandalorian, the other a Dark Jedi. While not the most ideal guardians they had played a major role in his life and passed on their ideals onto the young man. Like his guardian [member="Keira Ticon"], Raejar sees the benefits of not relying on the force all the time in combat as it weakened one’s self. On the other end of the spectrum there was [member="Alkor Centaris"] who preferred lighter robes and such for combat and focused more on lightsaber combat. As such Raejar settled for a mixed the two ideologies and kept them in mind with the crafting of this armor. This all started with the basic Asheran Armorweave which was used for a majority of the armor creating a bodysuit that was vacuum sealed so Raejar could at least spend some time in a vacuum, even if for a short amount of time.

The Asheran Armorweave was selected due to its ability to excel at protecting one from energy weapons while retaining a lightweight quality which was always a necessity when participating in battle. Heavier armors limited flexibility which Raejar couldn’t give up. Yet he couldn’t be completely defenseless, hence the incorporation of plastoid plates on his body covering up the most vital of areas such as his chest, upper back, and knees. While he could’ve stopped there and been perfectly fine, possibly even making Alkor proud with the simplicity of the armor Raejar took it a step further. He began the incorporations of technologies in the armor to give him some extra options in combat, in a galaxy where people had become far too used to the conventional techniques of a force user he needed to be able to adapt, or catch his enemies off guard.

Salutations!

Right off the bat, the armor looks great. Good concept, well balanced. Only issue is that you omitted a few lines from the template. We ask that you use the whole thing, and put N/A if you don't need something. It's a minor quibble, but one that's been a headache in the past. We of the present must suffer for the sins of those that came before us. Anyway, pop those back in and tag me when you're through and I'll bump this up the chain.
