With that in mind the secret and hushed prison is within a faux newly created (believed to be at least) planetary shield generator that is made to reinforce the One Siths capital. The repulsor lift cradle is a shell created to look like a shield generator that fits a section of the planet. Steel girders and cables inside connect to the just barely 1/19th size ship that had been laid under the city before. The reason for a shield is two be abel to mark it off and created guard posts without raising questions. The bulk of the ships super-structure is hooked into the planet getting additional power and using utilities.
Seras one of the last sith from Kaine's and Krag's death camps oversee's the undesirables and problems of the order. Her research on the Togorians and Kahlee proving invaluable as it was buried like the ancient and infamous Lusankya a prison ship of Isard. The lack and abandonment of guns or ships in the hanger to allow for maximum space to be used and building modules in the area around the ship in the structure of the cradle for guards and visiting lords. The need for converting the sections of the ship and limiting it in case of escape is to satisify Seras Goto's sadistic streak of breaking her oaths.
The cargo bays and holds for food stores, crew quarters and officer's rooms have been stripped making everything gutted at first. Then sectioned off to create labs, shops and rooms for purposes the doctors are sworn to secracy about. The Garhoon using what knowledge she has of running forced labor camps to maximize how much space she can cram people into without care of sickness spreading. Biofilters are designed to contain from the rest of the ship if a lot gets sick. The labs of the ship working a second purpose for more experiemntation.
A specialized chamber for the injured Garhoon is there so that she might work in some places witout her suit. It is one of the few things that doesn't serve an immediate purpose in testing subjects but that can always change. With no food stores the oppupents receive food shipments from local shops. Mostly scraps for the prisoners and slop while her guards and doctors eat the best they can get. Cases of tin meats being bought in bulk orders and easily stored in dry area's that can last for lengths of time. The lack of care letting them have slower engines and a slower hyperdrive. Not for lack of resources but because the Garhoon's pride doesn't believe the ship can be found.
Advanced medical scanners have been implimented for two purposes. The ability to track life and species biomarkers to identify and the ability to keep track of dangerous biological airbourne viruses created or used. Seras knows the dangers of some viruses being released upon the galaxy and while some of them serve a purpose such as the Vongspawn virus a dangerous one created by the One Sith of old or Blackwing, she isn't going to leave things to chance. The Filters track the increases in levels in the air including pheromones in case zeltrons or species who use them try to influence.
The labs she had at her camp on Kahlee before the Fel Imperium being recreated so she can test and find limits that the inferior beings could provide. When the time comes to dispose of them there are methods and disposal area's adding to the trash compactors from the undercity of the planet. Room designed for creating sleeper agents within the ransk of their enemies using torture, drugs and mental conditioning so they can be made to assassinate, spy or lead their "allies" into traps. The dark presence on the world from the siths actions have given some glee to the doctor as she works towards finding ways to have enemies fall properly under the One Siths order and doctrine.
The bridge of the ship is a CIC under the shell and acts as an office and monitor room with her personal laboritory and a room to sleep. Seras has designed for several ships to be around and used in the galaxy namely in One Sith space for worlds where they need to quell dissidents. Empress Teta a world largely and notable for being Pro-Republic. Other worlds that they need or in some cases as a way to kill problems. Allowing the ship to be taken by prisoners as the ship is sent into space to suffocate and starve. Her fervent nature for commiting atricities letting enemies of the Empire find the ship with a full compliment of prisoners for a show.
