DESCRIPTION

The armor was designed to be form fitted to Ro-Tahn, using songtseel as the main component for the suit to allow for a lighter weight armored suit. The gauntlets, pauldrons, and chausses were constructed from cortosis, adding more protection against lightsaber strikes. The combination of the two materials gives the suit an extreme protection against lightsabers, and along with the addition of a very high defense against energy weapons. The suit can withstand quite a bit of energy-based attacks, but not a steady continuous onslaught. It has little protection against kinetic energy, so more powerful applications of kinetic-like energy-based attacks can almost destroy the armor.

Nestled inside the cuirass, rests a small focus crystal. The crystal's main purpose is to keep Ro-Tahn more attuned to the Force when exerting his Force energy. The most important application to the armor is that it's been alchemized with the Force ability Force Light. In this instance, it acts as constant flow of aura energy. The aura only affects those tainted by the dark side, and the effects varying from the individual that comes in close contact. The radius of the aura, with Ro-Tahn being the centerpiece of the aura's origin, is around two meters.
