Designed by Roble Manufacturing to be a smaller, lighter alternative to the more heavier guns its produced for capital ships, the RMAC-M3 light turbolaser cannon is made to be an option for smaller ships that still gives the same oomph that Roble Manufacturing's weapons are known for. Protected from recoil and overheating (to an extent) and utilizing a Sybarium crystal power generator, the RMAC-M3 can be a lethal instrument when placed on the right ship in the right place. Although it is still a poor choice to use against starfighters, it is still efficient and small and thus the ideal weapon emplacement for corvettes or small frigates.
