Description: Above ground, the Ringovinda Systems Research Center is equipped with a HoloNet transmitter antenna as well as the HVAC equipment for its computer core and communications equipment, taking up much of the lower dome. Most of the design activity occurs below ground, given the intense heat of Ringo Vinda's surface. The underground facilities comprise numerous design laboratories, complete with the latest in computer-assisted design equipment.

History: As Ringovinda StarYards felt the need to develop some of their systems in-house, Ringovinda StarYards began drafting plans for its research facility using plans submitted by their own employees. As a result, Jessica Med-Beq ended up winning the internal competition and the building was built using mostly droids.

Intent: To give Ringovinda StarYards and any future subsidiaries a location to develop their ships

This looks good, aside from being built by R9 units. I have a hard time believing that astromech droids intended as mechanic droids would have helped with anything really beyond electrical/computer work. Possibly change that one sentence a bit, that that's all that needs adjustment really.
