Description: Built usng mostly local materials, such as kempas, marble columns and pediments, as well as peach sandstone, the Ringovinda Systems Corporate Retreat is built on a 10-acre plot using a construction style similar to the Naboo: it features 4 bathrooms, 10 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a library, a solarium, and a backyard landing pad capable of accommodating one ship no larger than 50 meters across. Due to Jessica's near-Wookiee morphology, she asked Jaii Builds to design the corporate retreat according to Wookiee size standards, meaning that the basement had a 3.0-meter high ceiling and the above-ground floors had a 4.3-meter high ceiling, for a total internal space of approximately 1400 square meters. Its basement also features an indoor shooting range for blaster and slugthrower pistol shooting, a laundry room, an indoor gym, a home theater, a conference room, as well as a laboratory that Jessica uses when the estate isn't used as a corporate retreat, but nevertheless used on official business due to telecommuting. As for security, it seems rather minimalist, such as a motion sensor holorecorder, as well as lights.

History: Initially built using Jaii Builds' Turnkey Solution, at the cost of 1.5 million credits, whereby Jessica bought a 10-acre plot in the North Polar Region for a meager 5,000 credits, taking advantage of the sparse population and the fact that Dulvoyinn has been a non-factor in the galactic real estate market for centuries prior to the Battle of Dulvoyinn, the permit process was very fast but nevertheless required the survey report and the construction plans to be processed. The existence of the facility and its contents is not classified, including the lab, and vacationers can visit the facility in its entirety with an appointment. PCs requesting an appointment should PM Jessica, Summer or [member="Charzon Loulan"] prior to visiting.

There's a bit of fleshing out to be done here. What, if any, sort of defenses does this corporate retreat have? Does it typically have any guards, or guard droids, or automated turrets, or even something as simple as some motion sensor holorecorders and lights? As a 1.5 million credit company property I feel it'd have something on deck, if only to protect company assets(and certainly their corporate employees).

You mention very briefly that Jessica uses the facility as a lab when it's not being used as a corporate retreat. Is this often? Do vacationers have access to said lab? Is knowledge of said lab classified? What sort of experiments does Jessica run in this lab? Is it official Ringovinda Business or is it something Jessica does on the side?

Dulvoyinn has hardly any vacationers, but they can visit it with an appointment. (If they are PCs they should PM any one of Jessica, Summer or Charzon, who is ICly Jessica's boss, about it)
