OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
The Ring of Dwomutsuttta, literally “summon spear,” allows the wearer to more easily summon and maintain a Darkshear, also known as a Spear of Midnight Black - a weapon forged from the energies of the Dark Side itself. The sort of weapon conjured depends on the ability of the wearer. For instance, a knight would only be able to summon a spear of midnight black, but a master would be able to mold the energies into a variety of weapons, such as an axe, a mace, a dagger, a sword, or even a bow.
However, the ring is only able to maintain a single summoning. One could not, for instance, use the ring to conjure a hundred spears of midnight black all at once. The ring simply aids the wielder by stabilizing the energies of the Darkshear, relieving the wielder of the task of maintaining constant concentration to hold the energies together. However, this is not an indefinite ability. After two minutes, the energies will dissipate and the Darkshear will collapse.
Nothing limits the amount of times a Darkshear can be summoned in a day. However, it takes around ten seconds before another Darkshear can be summoned, this is significantly lessened if the size of the summoned Darkshear was small, such as a dagger.
Strengths:
The Ring of Dwomutsutta is a simple Sith amulet that appears like a gold ring engraved with the words “summon spear” in Massassi script. It was made by the alchemist Rasul during the era of the Sith Empire for a high ranking Sith named Chaktan. Chaktan perished on Dromund Kaas, along with many others, when the Mandalorians dropped an asteroid on the capital.
Rasul managed to locate and retrieve the ring from the crash zone prior to his own death. Now that the old worlds are being recovered by the Resurgent Empire, Thengil was able to unveil a cache of amulets, which included the Eyes of Rasul and the Ring of Dwomutsutta.

Aids the wielder by stabilizing the energies of the Darkshear
- Force Light can destroy the ring.
