STRENGTHS
+Clever: Rhaze considers his most deadly weapon is his own mind. He is not another dumb thug. He will analyze a situation and do his best to stack the odds in his favor.
+Marksman: Rhaze has had many years to practice with firearms. Over the years, he has gotten good at using them, having almost the same finesse a fencer has with his sword.
+Sharp-Eyed: To overcome the poor eyesight he was born with, he underwent double cybernetic ocular surgery. While his new eyes are cosmetically similar, he has improved vision along with a thermal imaging mode.
WEAKNESSES
-Greedy: Rhaze's biggest vice is his love of credits and treasures. While not addictively so, he will go out of his way to wring out the most credits or reparations out of a job.
-Loyal to No Flag: He holds no loyalty to any big government, just to who ever is paying him at the moment. The only loyalty he has is for those he considers friends and a respectful gentleman's accord with those that are professional rivals.
-Albinism: As an albino, he lacks a certain amount of pigment in his skin. He needs to take extra precautions in areas of high ultraviolet radiation, as his skin is more easily burned by such radiation. This includes increased risk of skin cancers.
PERSONALITY
Rhaze is a very clever person, trying to think ten steps ahead of a situation. He is also a very selfish being, looking out mostly for himself and a very select few. He will coldly get his job done, so long as he is paid in advance. Yet, he is not without his good points. He has a charismatic way of speaking. Rhaze also holds himself to something of a code of honor. He gives respect to fellow hunters to a point. His loose code also will not allow him to hurt children. Kidnap and capture, but never with excesive force.
BIOGRAPHY
Rhaze Chattza was born on the world of Rodia. His family was living in poverty at the time of his birth, leading to a rough life from the start. He was born into the renowned Chattza Clan, who had previously bore the Rodian warlord Navik the Red. Being born with albinism, however, was something that singled him out among his kin. Many of his cousins derisively called him "Jannik", after the similarly albino Jannik the White, an ancient warrior from a rival clan.
Growing up on the streets, Rhaze learned to begin fighting for himself. His appearance had made him an outcast from his clan. Like many, young Rodians, he turned to a life of crime. What started as petty theft later turned to a job as an agent for a local kingpin. By the age of 17, was terrorizing his hometown with acts of criminality. Yet, even in this new "family", he was considered a freak. It finally came to boiling point when he killed the kingpin's son in a duel over the matter. With such a great offense on him, Rhaze fled Rodia and never looked back.
In the interrim years, he grew up and honed his skills that he learned as a criminal, and eventually became a bounty hunter. He greatly admired the old stories about Cad Bane, and in part emulated him. It was during this period that he had a double augmentation surgery on his failing eyesight. He now seeks to create a big name for himself, and get rich while doing it.
