Well if you are a true Sith Lord then your presence will obscure the Jedi's ability to sense with the force just like Palpatine so you would be safe. I would construct a force dampering item to wear or state on your CS that you have the ability to completely hide your presence to deter people from discovering you.
I think this is a very good idea since it is bringing the Sith full circle and reconnect them to canon roots. I assume you will be reverting back to the rule of two and will be wanting to find a loyal apprentice to help you.
