Jorin was retiring, bur he still wanted to serve the Republic. He'd sent his request, to Halen a few days ago about retiring, and had yet to revive a response. Nothing had been said, at all. It was odd. The writer would've put more but he's really lazy right now.

A message appeared on the datapad of Cody Jorin, addressed to him from the Supreme Chancellor of all people.

"Mr. Jorin, I have received word of your request. Below is a timetable of when I am free and will be in my office. If you can make time in your schedule to meet with me to discuss your future, please contact me, let me know and I will arrange a meeting. Thank you" - Chancellor Halen

Halen watched as Jorin knocked on the door. "Ah... Mr. Jorin" he said, nodding him in. "Take a seat" he added.

"Now, what was it you wished to discuss with me?"
