Restarting Watcher

[Watcher Three]

So, I'm cutting all of Watcher's current faction ties, and I'd seriously like to restart him and the tiny number of threads I ever did with him. He will still be the commander of Typhoon Squadron (this time as its own faction), and he will still be basically the same character.

But, no, it's simply an ironic name that I found appropriate for a blind droid. He runs Typhoon Squadron, which will be a mostly neutral privateer fleet.

Not yet. I just started the faction, and I'm actually redoing the subs I had for it's original incarnation as a subfaction of the Vitae.
