Ashin has been Force-severed down to Apprentice to start from scratch, so she won't be able to serve as an Arbiter anymore -- she's got no Force powers to speak of, she's just a woman with a bad limp and the ability to move pebbles around from time to time. She's still loyal to Fringe and can still fleet for y'all, though.
