Private Rescue on the Rim

Stars swept over the viewport, painting the Corellian Warden's face and the cockpit of the Aurora Hawk a pale cerulean blue. Odds were that Sith Patrol was tight on her trail, and they had to act fast in order to try and ditch it.

"GeeTee, folks, grab your tin behinds... we are about to exit,"
She called over her shoulder as the various droids rolled to sections on the cockpit floor that would secure them in the event of turbulence.

A whistle and a hoot indicated they were all ready.

"Three.. two... one.." the ship shuddered as it exited hyperspace, flying into the black. They were situated in a system with a planet with a series of vast ice clusters, rocks, and dust from an ancient collision of two moons. The Corellian had traveled here before as a hiding spot. Hopefully, it will work the same.

"Heading towards those rings. We will drop the first decoy and continue on,"
Flying towards the ring, Chloe knew she had very little time to waste. With the setting set to self-destruct upon a high-intensity scan, Chloe flipped the switch to send the crybaby into place.

"Jumpin' once more." fingers flew, and the Corellian once more shot them into hyperspace just as the Sith Patrol entered real space.

Jared didn’t claim to be a Warden of the Sky, that he left for the professionals, his father, sister, Chloe, Jorus, name it. Though he was adjacent. A lot of schooling in various Force forms, and being a Starchaser meant he was a pilot first and foremost. With the vessel Atoll City back in real space, he had a few choices to make. Looking at the heads up, there was a battle going on here.

Hawk? Found the League. Not sure if the Sith will follow…”
Jared wasn’t sure what was going to happen with their pursuit. The Sith were making more strides here in recent weeks. The League showing the signs of the age and the location. Without the Core ship yards, or the Imperial war machines…

He knew in his head that the Sith were only a jump behind.

“Trade League, this is Starchaser aboard the Atoll City. Sith aboard, and civilians. Need assistance. Sith on our tails.”
Possibly quite literally.

“We read you City. Shuttles on route.”
Jared heard the reply, and understood the change in tone. “League, form a perimeter around the City. We have Sith in bound, lets get ready for them.”

Hopefully they had some time.

Luck seemed to evade Chloe's grasp once again. As the Aurora Hawk made another jump into hyperspace for a quick getaway, it became painfully clear that the Sith Patrol had seen through their ruse. Now, the pressing question lingered: could they track the Warden to their next microjump?

Only the Force held the answer, but if the Sith managed to follow them, it would spell trouble for Atoll City, Vagrant, and the rest of the Rimward League. With more enemies on their tail, their fight for survival became even more daunting.

Jumping out of hyperspace, Chloe caught the Vagrant's message.

Hawk? Found the League. Not sure if the Sith will follow…”

[ Vagrant, this is the Hawk, I am hopin' to the Corellian Gods that we lost them, but unsure. I can try to dock in the Atoll and help out as much as I can if you need the additional hands to get folk out or fight Sith? ]
