Rationale: His father had started the company, with his death. It would be passed down to the holders, but once Alex had came back into the picture. He was given reign of the company, his purpose for it would be for creating weapons of mass destruction for his future.

Description: The company was founded in 800 ABY, Salazar Starcrest was resourceful and upcoming merchant. Growing from one little planet to Coruscant, hoping to pave the way for his future children to take over the family business. The business makes it money by dealing it's products to Merchants, mercenaries and factions that have the money. Usually the business has both pay up front basis, tabs and trading product for credit towards our own. War is the main reason for the company doing so well over time, now it would change with it's new owner in tow. It does do special requests, how it is kept secret is through paying more money up front. Currently it is loyal to the Republic and Mandalorian trade worlds. The company believes in Mutual gain to share the money, as long as they share back.
