Membership: There tend to be anywhere between 30 and 40 Representatives at any given time. The position of Representative is not a very sought-after role due to the demands placed on individuals who take it up. Those that have landed this role are most often the more patriotic of S'kiss politicians, dedicated to the stature of The Emergence.
A thorough background check is run on applicants, followed by an in-depth test of their intellect and personality. After passing these, applicants are submitted to extensive cybernetic modifications that cover over 90% of their bodies, most notably melding their faces into an unrecognisable, smooth mesh of S'kiss flesh and dark alloy. The removal of a recognisable face is a protocol that makes tracing a captured or surveyed Rep difficult, for security purposes. Removal of a mouth necessitates the addition of a vocoder connected to the Broca's Area and Vocal Cord equivalent of the S'kiss species. Reps also undergo the addition of a widely-used modification that augments the digestive system and bloodstream to allow for energy production without physical nutritious input.
Climate: The Representative branch of the Emergence Government maintains a shrewd air of secrecy and silence. Reps rarely, if ever, converse with eachother when together.
Reputation: Representatives are often treated with suspicion and mistrust. Their silent and dark figures make for a strange exterior that many struggle to align with.
Curios: Reps wear a simple hooded cloak that is essentially unsecured. Their necks, upper arms and wrists are adorned with rings of inert Skist Kyber. This unique form of Kyber has had its Dark Side essence stripped by a Superiex. This serves as a badge of office as an individual who answers to the Superiex. Although stripped, a residual Force Drain lingers within these rings, making Reps recognisable by Force Users.
Reps can also be distinguished by their dark, indiscernible faces.
Rules: Representatives are not limited in who they can talk to, but the information they can relay is. They answer questions asked of them, have an input when necessary. They do not betray the current location or movements of a Superiex, nor the identity of any Inferiex in training. Due to the sensitive nature of their knowledge, if their allegiance appears at all stretched or wavering a Representative is immediately recalled and executed.
Goals: Representatives serve simply to represent the Emergence and The Superiex. They attend diplomatic meetings, senate hearings etc. They can be considered extensions of Emergence leadership.

The Emergence Empire, although often silent and withdrawn, inevitably must represent themselves for a political audience. The job of Representative was opened soon after the formation of the E, being filled by skilled S'kiss politicians. These Representatives speak (When they actually do) for the Empire and sometimes the Superiex themselves. They are sent to Senates, Courts, Leaders and even for personal discussions.
