When removing flair, I simply failed to check any boxes and hit 'save'. The next page said 'Oops!' but it totally worked. I now have no flair. Lulz.

I'm noticing the same (now that everyone's flair is set by default to Exile). Looks like the Oops error is at least fixed to be accurate, it now fails to remove your flair when saving with nothing selected.

Sometimes I cannot even find how to get to selecting them...
And when I could find how to get to it for this character, I have selected three because I could not select 0, and I do not see them under my profile image here, like I do see your's.
EDIT: I realized now that I just cannot find it when not in fullscreen. <.<
