It reduces the hunger pains and restores some of the K'i'ik'el's strength and vitality, but it does not replace actual feeding.
SPECIAL FEATURES

  • It is a supplement for the K'i'ik'el who must feed on blood in order to maintain their strength and satisfy their hunger.
Strengths:

  • Kept in it's specially made vials, the blood stays fresh and does not congeal over time. It even keeps the life force in the blood from dissipating.
Weaknesses:

  • The blood in such small quantities is only a temporary supplement. It does not replace feeding for the K'i'ik'el.

  • If a K'i'ik'el is at the starving point, the small amount of blood will only serve to sharpen the hunger pains.
DESCRIPTION
After more than one incident of losing control to her urges, Khali was commanded to come up with a solution to help control her hunger. Her solution was to keep tiny vials of blood on her at all times, to be taken like medication to keep down her urges and keep her sanity between her chances to actually feed.
