The Neon Gods of Antecedent once had it all. Wealth, power, influence. Raised up from nothing on the back of tireless men and women who were fervent in the Raven cause, their passion for the Red Ravens bordering on cult-like. With blasters and knives, bloodshed swept through Hutt Space as the flock of the Red Ravens pushed aside any competitors in the underworld with brutal efficiency. Toppling even the most ancient crime-empire of the Black Sun Syndicate. All things do not last and chaos within the Raven ranks caused the syndicate to shatter.
Despite the assumed disappearance from the galaxy, small flocks gathered in cantinas, continuing to serve the Raven cause. From far away on Neos, Lysle plotted and schemed, pulling the strings of the underworld. He made his return during the attack on the Wheel by carious cartels, syndicates and corrupt corporations. Fueled by greed and paranoia, Lysle and the Ravens see anyone as potential enemies but welcome them as friends. Behind every Raven back is a knife, waiting.

Over a decade ago in Frida's Spaceport Cantina gathered criminals of various shades. Most notably among them was Sigourney, Isaac Ideus, Jen and Lysle Rigger. Lysle had worked with Sigourney and together propositioned the creation of a crime syndicate. Initially it was smuggling, using hired goons to perform small jobs. In time their wealth, power and influence exponentially grew. Soon their reach stretched across Hutt Space, annihilating the smaller cartels and syndicates including the Black Sun Syndicate.
Years later, in exile, Lysle continued to operate with connection to Ravens that continued to support him. Working with The Mirage on Neos, Lysle kept tabs on the new cartels rising in the game. During a joint strike on the Wheel by a coalition of crime syndicates and cartels, Lysle returned with his allies. Battered and bruised by the encounter, what remains of the Red Ravens is small in power but their wealth and influence continues to remain strong. Lysle has returned to lead his flock.
