- Accessibility: The main office is located in the middle of the highly populated Galactic City, with public access and easily located by the use of the holonet.
- Security: Provided by Didact Defense Solutions. Regular, at the doors security to ensure the safety of Red Ladies and Red Gents, as well as the building itself; while others are spread out through levels accessible to clients. Red Lady holds a zero-tolerance policy towards weapons other than what security holds and all clients are therefore obligated to leave theirs in secure lockers within the lobby.

Ground floor (Lobby): Straight from entrance into the building, the building’s lobby operates similarly to a hotel with a reception and seating area with several floors above is reserved for clients. This is considered the “average client” area, where all are welcome but only some remain based on their social or financial status. Red Ladies and Red Gents operating these floors sleep in the “Lowest Level Dormitories” alongside those that work in the Underground. They are trained well enough to entertain their clients but are not trusted with the highest paying clients. Higher classes of clients are not left to wait though and are instead escorted to their appropriate levels since more often than not, they are well known within the facility.
Underground Levels (The Club): Beneath the ground level, several floors are dedicated towards the evening and night’s entertainment where Red Ladies and Gents with a high talent for dancing and singing are charged with providing enjoyment. Music is always playing in the main area, and there is always a small number of dancers for a small number of clients present though the main attraction begins in the evening and last until dawn while other Red Ladies and Gent circle the room until they are selected by the clients.
Medium Levels (Fine Dining & Bar): Draped in black, crystals and dark lighting, the middle levels hold a more quiet environment for the more exclusive guests. It is a place where both the wealthier and the absolutely wealthy are entertained, able to eat or drink in the company of far better class of Red Ladies and Gents, whether they’ve only come to make use of the food and alcohol or if they wish to make use of the more private setting of the rooms prepared for them. There is usually music playing in the background and occasional singers to add a bit more of an entertainment though the tunes and rhythm are far more serene.
High Levels (Suites): Highest levels accessible by clients are the suites of different sizes, each of them completely furnished and decorated with the most basic of needs, with room service available. Clients that can afford this level either begin in one of the lower levels before making their way to them or they can opt to simply use the suites.

Sleeping Quarters: Between each of the client accessible levels are the dormitories of the staff, their styles differing based on the status of the Red Lady or Gent. Each of the levels is only reachable through chip cards that every employee has because of which lower-ranking employees cannot access dormitories unless they are cleaning staff. Higher the level of the employee, the better their sleeping quarters and lesser their roommates they are required to share with because of which the highest ranking of them are given small apartments above the Suites levels.
Education/Training Levels: The most private of areas within the building are the levels used by employees for their education and training, accessible through employee chip cards. On these levels, Red Ladies and Gents are educated by more experienced employees for their profession and where they train in their off time in order to maintain their physique.
Penthouse/Office: On the very top of the building is a two-floor apartment reserved solely for Asteria deWinter. The lower level apartment is permissible to most higher ranking employees as well as select clients while the top level is reserved solely for Asteria and if required, to house her family. Only Red Lady permitted there is Lady deWinter’s personal assistant.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Lady deWinter acquired the building some fifteen years ago after having revived her previous earnings through her company. It was an older building though she knew very little of her history other than it was rebuilt based on the original building that stood in its ground. The construction was solid but it had required a complete makeover in order to be used by the Red Lady, which had taken Asteria five years to fully complete, on all levels. The main office of the company is multipurpose and divided into levels which is how the company itself is organized: underground, ground, middle and high levels. Access to each level is provided based on the status of the client and their ability to pay for services provided. In between the levels, there are sleeping quarters for the employees, depending on their own rank within the company. Top two floors are the penthouse of Asteria deWinter herself, reserved solely for her business and temporarily housing family members as necessarily.
A Red Lady or Gent’s education and training are extremely important. From the first day, they are taught languages, trained in their skills, special talents (such as singing or dancing) are specially nurtured. Based on their experience and reputation and their client's lists, they move between ranks. Young employees and those still learning are given fewer stellar jobs such as cleaning, cooking but progression isn’t hard if they’re eager to learn and move. The building generally works twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year based though not all levels are fully active at all times of the day. For example, the Underground is most busy during the evenings at nights while the Middle levels, including the restaurant work through the day and evenings though there will usually be someone in the later hours maintaining the floor if necessary.
The establishment’s owner is a lenient provider but a protective superior, because of which each level is filled with private security meant to ensure every level is run smoothly. Though they are not meant to be seen, the clients do need to be aware that they are present. And while everyday business is conducted smoothly, for particular clients who are slightly more violent in nature are required to pay additional fees that will take care of medical expenses for the Ladies and Gents. In the same way, weapons are not permitted in the building at all. If one arrives with, they are left in secure lockers in the lobby during their stay.
