The Recon Rogue Blaster Pistol was designed for the intent of an easy weapon to use for reconnaissance, it's design was ease of use since it is light weight and durable in a gun fight, the RRBP was designed primarily for recon duty but has also been seen being in use by other LoF elite branches of the military including the 121st legion.
it has a rapid fire capabilities and that coupled with the 110 rounds per power cell makes it a valued weapon for the LoF alliance military, it also was designed for a prize weapon for Dark Harvests, it has been recently been seen in use by the one who designed it...Justice Henessy as a personal weapon of choice, it was designed primarily to be a military weapon but also can be wielded effectively by civilians.
