Who Am I?
The more she learned of her various artifacts being distributed throughout the galaxy, the angrier she got. Alina never cared for much of her family. She never cared for the artifacts and secrets they kept tucked away in their basement. Most of them, anyway. Some were more useful to her. Most? Not at all. But their value couldn't be denied. The right person, and she could get things she does actually need. Or perhaps it was stubborn pride. They belonged to her family, and by right they belonged to her.
So too did their profits.
A clawed hand gripped the hilt of her sword as she stood on the cliffside overlooking the compound. Various species wandered through, most armed. Enforcers, more likely than not. A snarl pulled back her lips as she took a heavy step forward. The Warform of a Highblood wasn't something she was used to, not at all. But these people who'd stolen from her would make as good of practice as any.
Her form slipped down the side of the ravine, sticking to the shadows as she made her approach. No body heat, no heart beat, nothing for the sensors to pick up on if she stayed slow. Stayed out of sight. Death had come for these thieves.
