1. A bug causing users to wait 30 days before changing their usernames has now been fixed, and the frequency has been changed. Usernames are still logged, and members abusing this mechanic to try and hide their identity will be persecuted under the full extent of the maw.
2. I'm aware of "ghost notifications" that we've all been noticing from time to time. A soft-fix is currently undergoing to alleviate this issue, and hopefully we'll start seeing results throughout the week. It's not the biggest bug we've ever had, but its erosion of the trust in the notification system annoys me and probably you, too. So, we'll continue to keep an eye out.
