    Alchemized songsteel

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
  • Classification: Claymore
  • Size:, Very Large
  • Weight: Heavy
SPECIAL FEATURES
  • It’s cutting edge: Permanently sharp due to its edge being sharpened by Svolten rhyolite
  • Focus locus!: As a Sith blade, it’s resistant to lightsabers, deflect blaster bolts, and is able to absorb and discharge Force lightning, as well as to aid in focusing Dark side powers.
Strengths:
  • Sith-ly business: Highly durable and very sharp due to its creation via Sith alchemy. It also allows its wielder to more easily focus the powers of the dark side along its length.
  • How vexing: Due to the shards of Vexxtal crystals embedded throughout the blade, any wounds inflicted are harder to heal and has a higher chance of becoming infected without immediate treatment.
Weaknesses:
  • The light, it burns!: As a sword created by Sith alchemy, it’s Dark side advantages can be ultimately nullified by stronger Light side powers.
  • Like waving around a log: Even though it is crafted from songsteel, it is still a heavy sword. Without the aid of the Force strengthening the limbs or a power armor, it can barely be lifted and used as a melee weapon.
  • Stick in the mud: As it is a massive claymore, it’s not easy to wield due to its length. It also means that it’s wielder is at a disadvantage when it comes to fighting in narrow spaces.
DESCRIPTION
As one of those who embrace the dark side readily, Stephen has an unabashed proclivity towards violence and bloodshed. Deeming lightsabers to be too ‘neat’, he opted for a more traditional blade for a personal weapon. After much experimenting and failures, he managed to forge and alchemize a basic Sith sword that fulfilled his needs for a weapon that could match and perform the same as most normal lightsabers. The Rebellion is a sword fit for the fighting style Stephen prefers, leaning more on using his strength and powers to win rather than any sort of finesse and tactics. Being an alchemized sword with embedded crystals, it also allows for Stephen to infuse the blade with his Force energy and strengthen the crystal shards own propensity of making any wounds harder to heal. But ultimately, the Rebellion is a massive and unwieldy Sith sword, making it unsuitable for fighting in small rooms and narrow corridors. It also means that any people with potent Light side powers can also nullify whatever advantages the blade has.
