Rebel Treason: (Open)

Rebel Space Station: Codename: Doctor V
OOC: Feel free to join in for a fun little brawl
--------------------------------------------
White suited troopers held the handles of their assault craft as they rode in. Annika was at the fore, first person in the stack to unload. Her grim red armor was reflected on by the even redder lights of the hold as they barreled from the Imperial Fleet towards their target.

Imperial Intelligence had caught a Smuggler, moving a Jedi off the station. Until now it had been considered a science outpost, until torture had revealed otherwise. It was a staging area for rebels and even worse.

Jedi Collaborators.

Annika had recruited the fifty men from the best of the best in the Stormtrooper Corps. Centurions they called them, though only half that many came with her. As her steely brown eyes glanced around a crackled came through the comms.

"Inquisitor One, this is Decimator Actual."

She clicked it with a red gauntleted hand.

"Go ahead."

"We have update intel from our spies on board. The Rebel sympathizers have holed up in engineering, and the Jedi collaborators have gone to ground."

"And?"

"We have more forces scrambling to come on station, but it's just you for the first half hour, till high command gets the rest in order."

"Confirmed. Too easy. Inquistor One out."

"Ma'am, we have thirty seconds till docking range."

She snarled, meeting the pilots gaze.

"Keep an eye out for interceptors. I'd like to live long enough to get there...."

Things had been going so well so far, her past knowledge of her time in the empire serving well in helping to establish this froward outpost, right under the imperials noises, but it would not last, her former inquisitor comrades would not rest until the found this place, and not everyone could resist their, unpleasant methods of getting information.

"Mame, we have an incoming drop ship to the station, its not a whole fleet but we have reason to believe that its special forces"

"I know who they are, its the centurions, they are an elite fighting force, if memory serves me correctly there should be no more then 60 men on that ship, as well as an inquisitor, we have the numerical advantage, and are on the defense, but this fight is even, at the best"

"Your orders"?

"We need to cut of the chain of command, I will need try and get the inquisitor on there own, as for the rest of the troopers, hit and run". "But be careful, they are well trained, twiddle them down bit by bit, don't use the same trick more then once, and make sure you do not get caught, I know how Imperials deal with prisoners, now go"

The rebel solider gave a salute before running off to relay the orders around, 'lets see if they have changed'.

The Jedi was being evacuated. Everything was going well so far. It looked as though the enemy would arrive soon. Kyle looked at the man around him. He himself was escorted on this mission by two Wolfguards. Elite warriors, assigned only to the most valuable men in the Shrouded Republic Chain of Command.

"Go help the others, i shall help deal with the inquisitor." - Kyle ordered the two warriors. The two men, clad in furry overcoats above their armour rushed off with the rest of the Rebel troopers. Kyle glanced at [member="Iturizu Yuvie"] . She was a force user, Kyle could tell that much from the Lightsaber hanging from her belt.

"Mind if i tag along for the hunt" - The admiral inquired as he unsheathed his custom made vibroblade. The songsteel sword started humming a tune as it hissed from the coolant within the scabbard. "I could be of some assistance"

Docking, Main Hangar

The Assault lander floated in fast, hitting its repuslors to avoid ramming the wall of the hangar as it screamed in. The ramp dropped, with a nasty clang upon the deck and Annika burst out, coming from the maw like a burst of lightning with extreme speed. A few Smugglers drew their blasters to fire, startled at the sudden appearance of Imperials.

She roared, drawing her saber with a snap-hisssss.

The white blade flared to life, spinning in a quick circle, She pivoted, slashing up and then down in a fluid motion, cleaving both offenders arms right off their bodies.

"Assault on an Imperial Knight is a punishable offense. Captain, restrain them."

"With pleasure Ma'am."

The Centurions filed out in quick order, forming a perimeter. One of them struck the two in the face with his rifle butt, as his companions moved to tie the two in zip binders. She glanced around, and then nodded.

"Two files on me. To Engineering."

She moved on, saber pointed towards the deck in her left hand. They strode from the hangar, pushing civilians aside, some fleeing in terror. Behind her two files of the empires finest marched, boots thundering the deck, following the Red armored woman's billowing red cape. She could feel something else here too. Some unseen force signatures moving about as if a nest of rats disturbed.

"The Jedi traitors are here. Keep your guard sharp men."

Yuvie gave reaffirming nods to soldiers as she passed, they where are prepared as they could be, it would be all up to how confident the enemy commander was. "Hu"?, turning around she spotted [member="Kyle Raymus"], an fleet in the Shroud Republic or what not, a great help the the rebels movements as they themselves where being hunted down by the Empire for reasons unknown, maybe due to the fact they wanted neutrality and the Empire did not like that.

What ever the case she was glad the man was here, the Wolf Guard he brought being trained and equipment to take down a Sith knight single handed, against normal people they would be devastating."That would be appreciated, this inquisitor, if they are leading the troops must be skilled and high ranked, I'll need a good amount of help dealing with them". She could sense the enemy force users, and most likely they would notice her own force presence, what felt strange was their alignment, it was grey, why was a grew in the empire, and leading troops like that, most greys as inquisitor were kept out of the more, 'dirty' affairs of the Empire, so as to not cause and clash with ideology.

"The enemy commander can sense me, and will come for me most likely, a trap would be too obvious, but they most likely do not know you are a fighter and may underestimate you, that could be to our advantage".

The Stealth bomber materialized from seemingly nothing in the opposite docking bay of it’s Imperial counterparts. Inferno One disembarked from the craft, stealth cloaks activated. Several dock workers marveled at the ship that seemed to appear out of nowhere. They came from all over the hangar to inspect it. Work in the massive docking bay seemed to stop completely as they gathered around the craft. They murmured curiously about what kind of ship it was. Some believed it was a top secret prototype ship made by the rebels while others believed it was simply a smuggler ship, but none even thought it could be Imperial. Until the bodies started dropping.

Desmond uttered one word “Engage,” and Inferno One began to open fire on the mass of rebel workers. Verpine rifles targeted one person after the next with no discrimination. The rifles were completely silent and had no flash. Death hailed down upon the workers from seemingly everywhere. They attempted to run, but none made it out alive. Unbeknownst to everyone, even the other Imperials, Inferno One had been tasked with destroying the space station and all aboard. None were to know they were even here. Desmond of course would make sure his Imperial counterparts got off the station before the explosion, but if a few died in the blast it would make the Empire look all the better.

Desmond could see the holonet. Tragedy strikes science station. Heroic effort by stormtroopers made to save as many as possible. It made him smile as he pulled the trigger and another body dropped.

“Sector clear,” Was all that was said as the massacre came to a close.

Kyle stood in the engineering room as he began tapping various buttons on the command console. He had been provided with access codes by the rebels. He had control of everything. Security cameras, blast doors, hangars, ray shields. He entered all of the clearence codes, and linked the security feed to his HUD and his control pad on his wrist. He pulled down his helmet and started moving, all the while watching the security cameras. He walked out of the room just as he saw a stealth ship enter the 2nd hangar bay. It ruthlessly executed every man in the room, murdering them on the spot with verpine autocannons. Silent death reaped across the room. This complicated things. A lot.

"Hey, you there. Yes, the one with the lightsaber. I didn't catch your name, but we've got a security breach in bay 02. Imperial special forces. I'll hold them up while you deal with the centurions and the Inquisitor." - Kyle adressed [member="Iturizu Yuvie"] as he changed course and made a move for bay 02.

"Wolfguard, change of plans, both of you on me. We've ISB agents in Bay 02"

Kyle moved off, beckoning 5 rebel troopers to follow him. The group moved silently along the corridors, only to be joined by the Wolfguard 30 seconds later. The group moved slowly. They had the tactical advantage of being able to track their enemies every move. This would be like chess, only with human lives on the line. The ISB agent was going to have to play Kyle's game, and that was the way Kyle wanted it. Perhaps, the ISB would need a new officer soon. Maybe the Shrouded was about to lose one of their only admirals. Only the force would know. For now...

Engineering Hallway

They made good time, so far unopposed. As she moved Annika as wrapped up in the force, putting feelers out to see what was occurring around the station. Her walking meditation took a small amount of focus off her surroundings, so she fell back, running in the center of her two columns. The Centurions made quick work of any lolly gaggers, but stroking and muzzle thumping them out of the way or into the deck.

She could feel livesperishing, souls crying out as they became one with the force.

"Commander Grexan, what is our reinforcement situation?"

"Not Sure Ma'am. Hold one while I radio back to the Ship."

Someone else had come on station, Someone violent. Perhaps it was those inferno troopers she'd heard legend of.

They made it to the engineering bay and she charged forwards in a red blur, cape flying in the air. Her arm cocked back and extended, plunging the silver lightsaber blade right into the heart of the blast door, and twisting. Metal began to heat red hot, molten specks dripping to the deck. The blade hummed as the locking mechanism cooked.

Commander Grexan made a thumb and pinky finger hand signal. The Centurions spread out, half covering a semi circle behind the Imperial Knight, the others stacking on both sides of the door, ready to breach.

"Special forces.... Inferno squad". 'dam them'. "They are here for clean up, to make sure this does not get out, its how the Empire keeps face and prevent people from knowing their true intention, I will leave them to you... and my name, Its Iturizu Yuvie". Taking saber in hand she made hate down the hall to confront the incoming inquisitor and there forces, screams in the force from dock workers and other no-combatants echoing out from behind, like always the Empire was ruthless.

Turning the corner she placed a finger on ear, "Status report on the enemies moments".

"They are cutting through to the engineering bay as we speak, what are your orders".

"Hold fire, wait until the are through the door first, an ambush will not work unless you can see all your opponents, as for the inquisitor, let me try and draw her attention".

"Acknowledged"

Rounding other corner into the open engineering bay the bridge sparks from a white saber could be seen, slowly melting the door bit by bit, 'Tsh, a white lighsabre... what does this inquisitor think they are, some pure knight in shinning armor'. "Everyone prepare for breaching"

Blood like rivers trailed from the hangar bay and pooled at the doors. Inferno One made their way to the docking bay command and entered the room. As expected it was empty this time of day. Desmond approached a terminal and inserted a data spike. It immediately overrode the system's security measures and Desmond was able to access its admin features. Inferno One had set up a several kill vectors by the door. Should anyone enter the room they'd find one hell of an ambush waiting for them. Desmond smiled as he entered the terminals camera feed and saw several rebel troopers headed their way.

“Hmm…” Was all Desmond said then he placed the stations security footage on a loop.

Making sure their were no discrepancies in the footage being looped Desmond smiled.

“Now to deal with the rebels and bodies…” Desmond opened the docking bay doors and deactivated the ray shields. Their was a great tug of wind as the void of space crept into the bay and sucked out the bodies and everything not tied down. Desmond waited till the last of the dead had been sucked into the vacuum of space then closed the blast doors. He turned his attention back to the oncoming rebels and smiled.

“This ought to slow them down,” Desmond said then keyed a few commands into the terminal. Kyle Raymus would find that the artificial gravity in his sector and Desmond's own had been deactivated. “

Activate mag boots,” Desmond muttered into his comms. Inferno One did as told and while everything began to float listlessly through the air Inferno One stayed firmly planted on the ground

Kyle sprinted down the corridors as he approached the corridors, always watching the security feed. Everything was fine so far. The only strange thing was a new connection to the security admin server via a command terminal near the hangar. That console usually doesn't have the capacity to connect to the security interface. Kyle kept on monitoring the cameras. Everything remained still. Soon, Kyle was rounding a corner, when the gravity disappeared. The recently connected console was issuing commands and overriding security. Kyle gave his jet pack a slow burst of power as he glided round the corner, taking up a sniping position.

"You there, trooper. Use this to disable all security features on the station. Unlock all doors and disable the entire grid. Leave only the emergency power untouched. Everything else must come down." Kyle tossed the trooper his gauntlet.

Emergency systems would be back soon. That would mean that artificial gravity would return. It also meant that security feed would be down. Both sides would be blind, and all doors would open. Nothing would divide the troops now.

Kyle floated, waiting for movement. His finger was on the trigger. The rifle was in high power mode. Full charge. One movement. One blast of charged energy. Kyle was not planning on missing. He was calm. The enemy was a sinner. Kyle would feel no remorse for killing such monsters. None at all.

Engineering, Engaging The Rebel Jedi

The door melted enough that she was able to rip it open, locking mechanism failed. And just as she did Commander Grexan gave his orders.
"Breach, Clear!"

White armored troopers with red stripes across their helmets flooded in, heel to toe, firing as they went. Annika was in the center of the flooding columns, fixated upon the woman in the dark robe with the saber in her hand. Annika smirked, striding in slow and deliberate, coming five paces from her, red cloak billowing behind her.

Carnage erupted all around, bodies dropping, the smoke of burned flesh and destroyed components was thick. A haze developed that no O2 scrubber could fix. With her hips squared to the woman she crouched and extended her saber arm, pointing the tip of the white blade towards Yuvi.

"You....You are an unregistered Force user in Imperial space. Turn over your weapon and surrender yourself. If the Empire has mercy, you may be granted a chance to serve as one of us. But for now, you are under arrest, by order of the Grand Moff Council, Imperial decree thirty three kresh."

She knew it would come to blows, and drew the force into her bone, setting her self to the floor.

"What'll it be?"

Time seemed to slow down as the sparks reached the bottom of, the lights dimming from the emergency power being switch on, Yuvie had no idea what Kyle was up to, or why the gravity had gone off for a few seconds but what ever worked. The blast door busted open, the following storm troopers clearing in their predicated pattern, something Yuvie had drills her men on before combat, the rebel soldiers where not as good shots, but knowing how your enemy was going to act in general gave then almost even playing ground.

Both woman peered into each other eyes ad the battle around them ranged on, each side losing men, but it was the coming confrontation between the two force users that would decided the fate of this engagement. At the red dressed and robed woman words Yuvie could only scoff, glaring daggers as she approached, white saber in hand, "You must be new to your position, because I know full well that will not happen if I surrender, the other squadron which I am probably safe to assume is Inferno Squad will destroy this place, and will make sure any evidence of its existence or true purpose will be eliminated... including me".

Yuvie ignited her crimson blade, the red glow being an odd site to see on the side of the usually Jedi backed rebels, "And I am not some unregistered force user, I am Ituriza Yuvie, Sith acolyte and former Imperial Inquisitor of you petty, shoots their own men in the back, clouded by lies empire". "Even if I was not leading theses rebels or signed up with the rebels, the things I know, the Empires dirty secrets, that is enough to have me executed on the spot... so I will not be surrendering to the likes of you".

Yuvie close the distance slowly, giving the inquisitor a Makashi salute, the form in which she excelled in, placing on hand behind her back, moving withing striking distance, "...... Engaurd"!

Desmond eyed the terminal, eagerly awaiting his opponents next move. To his dismay they shut down the security feeds. He had hoped his enemies might try something a little more elaborate and make things more interesting… Instead all they succeeded in doing was making his job that much easier. Desmond and the stealthed troopers exited the hangar’s command console booth and began to make their way forward. They didn't have very far to go before they ran into the first of the enemy.

Desmond gave his men a hand signal and the troopers walked up the wall on all fours, using magnetic boots and gloves they made it to the ceiling. They were still stealthed, invisible to the naked eye and most sensors, as they crossed the ceiling the rebels were completely unaware of them. Desmond made his way past the traitors and thought about simply disabling them, but decided to stick to the mission. Inferno One made it to the elevator behind the enemy troops and piled in. The Chiss agent pressed a few buttons on the keypad and sure enough it responded with a resounding woosh as the elevator descended towards the reactor.

Whether the rebels noticed the elevator or not Desmond had begun to make his way towards engineering. He nodded to ghoul and he could just see the great big grin splayed across the clones face. He had brought with him several Ion bombs to disable the reactor and all auxiliary power systems. It would not destroy the station outright, but it would shutdown the power, cause the station to go into freefall and probably destroy itself in the planet's atmosphere...

[member="Iturizu Yuvie"] [member="Annika"] [member="Kyle Raymus"]

Kyle looked down the hallway, waiting. He stared into the sights of his plasma rifle, waiting for anything. A sound. A magnetic signature. Or the body heat of any stealthed troopers approaching. He saw them crawl over the ceiling. Not them specifically. Just the heat emanating from their bodies. Kyle waited. It didn't look like they knew that he could see them, and so he pretended he didn't. He would play their game. Kyle saw one of the men, a rather arrogant individual, judging by his actions, walk right past him. Kyle tensed up. Would he attack from behind? But the man merely walked right past them and into the elevator.

It wasn't this moment that gravity returned. With a quick burst from his jet pack, Kyle leapt back and fired a single, high powered shot at the heat signatures on the ceiling. They underestimated the admiral, and they would pay for it. The shot impacted, showering the area in sparks and smoke.

"Open fire, they are using stealth cloaks!"

The rebel troopers, now having a firm hold on the metal below them fired into the room. Kyle tossed a single grenade into the fray before charging into the turbolift. The one that the enemy had taken was now on the engineering level. Kyle pressed the button and headed to that same level. He jumped out of the elevator, and scanned the area through the scope of his rifle. Too bad he didn't have a thermo visor installed in his helmet. He would get to that later, for now he had to flush this rat out. Kyle quickly reset his rifle's power modulator, cycling it back into CQC mode. Now it could churn out 300 shots per minute. Though they weren't that powerful, they were fabulous for murdering any sneaky pests in a small room. Kyle searched for the signature. He waited for it to appear. But it was shrouded by the heat generated by all the machinery. Damn.

Drawing his vibrio blade,a fancy ornate sword made out of song-steel, he crawled behind machinery. If anything moved, it would get sliced in half. But for now, a couple of grenades should do the trick. The reactor core was Ray shielded, after all.

2 grenades sailed over from the terminal Kyle was hiding behind. Two explosions rocked the room. The oxygen supply pipe was broken by a single shard from the grenade. The small hole caused the air to escape. And the pipe ripped from the pressure. Kyle's helmet instantly began providing him with the oxygen it had in store. All of the blast doors that lead to the room were locked to prevent depressurization of the entire station. Oxygen was rushing into the vacuum of space.

It was only the two of them now. Kyle against a man he never truly saw. The duel would begin.

Engineering Bay
Engaging Yuvie

"Excellent then. The Moff Council will be most pleased when I bring in a traitor."

She raised her own white blade in response to the other woman hail and then bared her teeth. Elbow loose, blade tip towards the woman, she lunged, shifting forwards on both feet. The opening was a feint, which retracted and then her knees bent slightly.

Her left hand snatched up a blaster from the floor, sweeping it towards the other womans face with a flick of her palm and wrist. Then she launched her true attack, already within an arms length now.

"Yugh!"

Her body pivoted halfway to the left in a crescent, hilt in a firm two hand grip, delivering a base ball like swing of her blade towards Yuvie's right torso.

Then her feet pivoted again on the balls and she spun delivering an identical strike on her right side, this time high near the shoulder. The force coupled with her kinetic energy made them savage strikes.

Imperial Knights were not known for their subtlety...

Iturizu Yuvie

"Hmpfh, like I'll let that happen", Yuvie stood her ground as the inquisitor attacked, giving the red armored woman a death stare, not discouraged in the slightest at her charge, keeping a balanced and steady defensive stance. Yuive did not reacted with much moment to the feint or the blaster being thrown at her, simply moving her shoulder up a bit, allowing the metal weapon to cut itself against her saber.

The loud battle cry from [member="Annika"] well alerted Yuvie to the strength and legitimacy of the next attack, in response she side steeped to her right a little, putting her blade at an angle allowing the white saber of her opponent to ricochet of and two the side. "Such unrefined technique, are dropping the standards of inquisitor program, or just running out of force users to brain wash".

As the second attack came she attempted to do the same move, using the momentum of the inquisitors to act as an opening, using the force to speed up her attacks, sending a quick thrust at the imperials knights chest.

[member="Iturizu Yuvie"] [member="Kyle Raymus"] [member="Desmond C'artyom"]

The thrust landed home and she knew she had botched her own attack. Still something wasn't right about this one. She was Darker, less settled than your average Imperial Knight. Had she fallen that far from grace? Only one type of force user monologued needlessly. And it typically was not Jedi.

"Ugghhh!"

The blade left a burning hole in her armor, piercing deep enough to score flesh as Annika retreated. If it was Makashi she wanted, she'd oblige. Her posture shifted, right hip and toe pointed towards her enemy and elbow loose as her saber extended. The bright white blade thrummed in the chaos, and she shifted forwards one step.

"So you've become a Sith? Pity, even they are far from the true path. The Moff's will be most displeased at this turn of events!"

She struck then, sliding in and sending a thrust dead center mass, which transitioned into an upward flick of the wrist and downward flourish towards Yuvie's right shoulder....

Iturizu Yuvie

Be carfule what you wish for
She ginned a slightly evil gin as her attack hit its mark, not enough to take someone out of a fight, but a significant attack, pilled up said attacks would wear down and opponents, something that would work well against a slow and cumbersome opponent. She noted the imperials change in style, to that of a more refined fencing art, but she still had skill the advantage in speed, and the advantage of home turf, though if she wanted to banter then so bit it.

"What do you mean became a Sith, I was always a Sith, you fail to understand the inquisitor system. There are two branches, you the Imperial knights, the neutral force users that do all the Righteous and Law abiding operations, the armed warriors of the Empire, used to keep law and order that they put out for all to see. Then there are the other inquisitors, based of the sister and brothers the First Galactic Empire of 800 years ago, mostly comprised of Sith like myself that do all the dirty work. Tracking down and killing all those that would oppose the Empire, hunting and torturing Jedi for information, perhaps turning them to the dark side, cover ups and all the stuff that the higher ups don't want citizens let alone the rest of the galaxy knowing".

"I choose the path that grants me the most power, which is that of the Sith, though I know its problems and try to avoid them, the High Moff would probably be more glad that I am still a Sith, and was not turned to becoming a Jedi b the Silver order. But enough banter for now, come at me... Knight". The woman's movements where faster then anticipated, her blade just missing her chest as Yuvie steeped back, but her downwards swing hit her upper forearm, the blade bouncing on the little armor she wore, a searing hot pain coming from the scroched metal plating, but nothing compared to what the Empire had done to her on Kessel.

Yuvie responded by force pulling the blade from her right subsequently weakened arm into her left, blade still pointing outward and thus performing another thrust aimed at the Imperials knights right leg, noting how she shifted it earlier meaning it was most likely her dominant leg, followed up an upward swing trying to knock the white saber away from her body.
