Finally Lori was able to have her own suit of armor. Made with the help of
Adenn Kyramud
and his Clan Mortui, she gave her requirements. Not wanting it to be a traditional beskar suit (that'd come later when she earned it), it didn't take long for the armor to be made.
Lori needed something sturdy against blaster fire and kinetic blasts. Her jobs as of late had moved from being a simple smuggler and treasure hunter, to that of a full on rebel, taking on secret missions with the Eclipse Rebels against the Eternal Empire, as well as with other Mandalorians against the Sith Empire. She needed freedom of movement, something not too bulky, yet able to protect her from the elements and most standard weaponry. But on top of all that, the songsteel gives it that right amount of lightsaber resistance Lori'd need when fighting the Sith. She also wanted it black to help conceal her presence visually.
Capable of modifications, the Rebel Ops Armor can be upgraded to include crush gauntlets, escape boots and other trinkets. Suitable for most climates, the environmental controls keep Lori comfortable on planets with extreme weather. The built in commlink system helps her keep in contact with her co-pilot Arla, her twin brother Caedyn Arenais and others that know how to reach her.
