Without a criminal major faction, with a scarcity of light side factions, and with a new eternal fleet mandate… who is interested in cobbling together a rebel fleet faction?

In an ideal world it would go around liberating oppressed planets and fighting tyranny. There could be three major philosophical camps that orient with historical rebel leaders: a Saw Guerrera camp, a Mon Mothma camp etc.

They would likely have to source funding by unsavory means such as drug smuggling, or tibanna refinery raids, which means this type of fleet would need smugglers making Kessel runs and stealing from tibanna gas refineries.

Just gauging how many people would be interested in something like that.

Touche. Back to my original statement then, Iriana would not be a permanent part nor hold any rank in a rebel fleet. But she would likely support missions and perhaps even be convinced into open fighting with the right cause.
