Rebecca is an HRD, though she was designed and programmed to mimic humanity to exact specifications. There is no difference between Rebecca and any other human woman when it comes to personality, though she is a tad...cold.
One could describe her as the exact opposite of the tantalizing tease. She is straightforward, blunt, and completely and entirely unwilling to put up with other peoples poodoo. Her goal in life is to see that her programming is fulfilled, that programming being following the directive of Alric Kuhn.
In that, she is a zealot.

Technically speaking Rebecca has no wealth. Her program makes her absolutely and completely loyal to Alric Kuhn, as such all of her possessions and belongings actually belong to him.
When this is not taken into account Rebecca is perhaps one of the richest women in the entire galaxy. As the CEO of Astraeus Industrial she owns a multi-planetary corporation and all of the money, wealth, and power that comes with such things.
Combat Function:
Rebecca was not meant as a combatant in any sense of the word. However, because of her nature as an HRD she is more than capable of holding her own in a fight. She was not blessed with assassination protocols but she does hold the ability to defend herself.
When faced with combat Rebecca like many other HRD's revert to using hand to hand combat, using surprisingly superior strength, durability, and coordination to take down her opponent before they know what was actually happening.
Though she is not programmed to fire Blasters, she could presumably handle one.

Rebecca Bailey appears to be a regular woman, she is copied exactly from a Hapan Noblewoman of no great note. She is an up and coming business woman, taking charge of a corporation that s actually a conglomerate of a few smaller Hapan Busineses, this corporation is name Astraeus Industrial and is beginning to quickly grow.
Of course the real Rebecca Bailey is now dead, with the HRD having taken her place. She has no family to speak of and no real connections. The HRD version of Rebecca Bailey is relatively unknown since she has just started to appear in the business world, however this will soon change as Astraeus is thrust into the limelight of the Republic. The HRD was stripped of all programming and re-done by Titan Industries to ensure that Rebecca functioned correctly and in the way Alric intended. This was done to ensure Rebecca could be re-wired if later necessary with no need to return to Archangel.
