Description: Rave Merrill constructed her prosthetic leg while imprisoned by Jeff Solaris, disguising it as an arm-worn machine of technology, alchemy and Nightsister crafting. Cutting off her own leg to circumvent an ankle-bound thermal detonator, she reconfigured the machine according to preset rearrangements and attached it to her stump. Though she had removed her leg below the knee, the prosthetic went up farther, for added stability in her successful escape attempt.
Once she managed to reach safety, she had the leg modified, professionalized, and adjusted for comfort and aesthetics.
Various kinds of heel can be attached, though this can present problems for the lightsabre emitter, which remains in line with the calf. Should she trigger the lightsabre emitter while wearing a tall heel, she would have to keep her foot from turning up while using it, or the heel would melt away in contact with the blade.
The sabre is well-hidden from sensors, reading as a specialized servomotor/balance assembly, and -- true to form -- Rave has decorated the leg with scrimshawed terentatek ivory, alchemized to prevent the leg from being crushed or otherwise affected via the Force, and polished to a blue-white sheen.
The lightsabre's placement virtually requires that Rave be on her back, in midair, or launching a kick in order to use it effectively. Its deployment/retraction speed is very quick, suitable for that portion of trakata that can be employed with Sokan principles and a blade projecting from the bottom of one's foot.
Due to inclusion of Nightsister crafting, an inherently Force-based method of re-interpreting prosthetic interactions with wearers (consider Darth Maul), Rave limps heavily in ysalamiri fields.
