STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :

Hello, Darkness, My Old Friend: As an Umbaran talent, Racosidae is capable of seeing in ultraviolet spectrum and is able to comfortably see in darkness where human eyes would only see black without tech. A byproduct of this ability has naturally synergized with her tendency to prefer dank, dark, quiet and oftentimes restrictive spaces.

The Mind is Just Another Book: Whether by gift or genetic destiny as a member of the Shadow People, this young lady is adept at sensing and reading minds that are not actively protecting themselves from such intrusion. This Force Telepathy is also useful in combat, where innate precognition is further compounded.

A Regenerator; Godless Heathen; Monster: A vile but ardent matrimony forged this twisted child. The result is a being bestowed with the terrible perks of being an Energy Vampire. While monstrous in nature and manipulative -these unholy traits are only bought into focus if the monster feeds on prey.

Light! Hiss! Hissss: A combination of personality pathology, genetic inclination, and societal pressure causes the girl to abhor being subjected to direct sunlight. Her powers are reduced during daylight because she cannot focus properly, and she is skittish when feeling exposed. Even bright man-made lights are enough to make her flinch and cower. Flash-bangs are especially detrimental. Expect to see her cloaked in heavy hoods or wearing sunglasses if forced to interact in well lit spaces.

Please Don't Touch: An innate mistrust of living beings and their chaotic nature along with a self-deprecating mindset causes Racosidae to withdraw at the mere threat of being touched by another person. She is actively fearful of triggering her more debase instincts and blows the prospect out of proportion. Of course, there might be a good reason. Enraging her causes quite the opposite effect.

The Demon Inside: While self-aware of how trite and naive the notion is, this young lady just cannot shake the feeling that she is a disgusting monster that is on the verge of spiraling out of control upon one mistake. Partaking in a number of daily rituals and habits to stow away her bloodlust, she suppresses her vampiric nature and guards it as a close secret from the galaxy at large.

APPEARANCE:
Garish, to be frank. Youthful exuberance is marred by a grotesque gargoyle-like skin pigment of gray and a set of heavy, darkened eyelids that give the severe impression of boredom or sleep deprivation. Other than this she is short, lithe, and lean -and often hides her face in shadow.

BIOGRAPHY:
Little is known about this reclusive person besides recent exploits. Her force signature upon on a First Order controlled world lead to an investigation which brought her before the Knights of Ren as an undocumented stowaway. Lacking any clear purpose or family, Racosidae pledged loyalty to the Supreme Leader and his adoptive children. Happy to be distracted from her own internal issues with a regimen of training and study, the talented Force Sensitive quickly showed an profound capability for combat. She has been quietly training for a few months -closed off and secretive, but eager to serve the needs of the First Order with clarity. After some manner of training with the illusive Force cult, Rae began to undergo a number of deployments. Most notably she partook in the defense of an interdiction station during the blockade of the Hydian Way. Exact reports vary, but some surveillance footage shows the Ren actually sabotaging the station in order to deny its use by the enemy. Since her deployment there Rae has been assigned to primarily defensive points in various skirmishes and ops.

During the decrease of Seiger Ren's First Order, her assignment had her sent across the galaxy to the Outer Rim, where she heard of the collapse of her former nation over holovids and rumor. Already maligned with the Order, Rae abandoned her communicator and wandered off, searching for another answer.
