With how popular pod races and other sort of speed contests are right now...Would anyone be down to come together to make a quasi-legal league? Could get some criminal people involved, get legit racers involved, all that good stuff.

Could work together to get cool company-sponsored unique tech or have gang/company-sponsored races where we can create a big prize pool etc.

Love it. I'll happily participate as mechanic and racer. Feel free to use, adapt, transform, and otherwise mess with Hoth Rules.

Spice it up with a Sabotage supporter action. Once per race, the sabotage supporter can force a single racer to roll again and take the lesser number. Or perhaps alternatively, you could have it that they can apply a negative modifier (either flat number or a roll of a 1d10) on the next roll for a nominated racer.
