Description:
The R-1000 Model PA Luxury Droid is the newest in Luxury Droid designs produced by Luxuria Creatio. This small sphere, roughly two and a half feet in diameter, is very similar in many regards to the various other remotes that can be seen in the galaxy. While it is not in regards similar to those that are utilized to aid in repairs or other such trivial pursuits, it is instead designed to act as a Personal Assistant to those individuals with a busy schedule. Unlike organic beings and mere computers, the R-1000 is designed to function in the fast pace changing business world. Thus it is capable of constantly updating an individuals daily planner at the drop of a credit when unforeseen circumstances arise.
Its minimalistic design is intended to provide a pleasing aesthetic to its owners, while also ensuring that it does not draw too much attention to itself and away from its owner. This is also ensured through a silent running repulsorlift that keeps the sphere aloft with programming that can dictate is average hovering height to keep it at eye level, or to keep it out of sight. It also maintains a minor sensor suite which aids in its navigation of the world around it to prevent it from becoming lost, separated or otherwise running into various obstacles.
While not necessarily modular in terms of what can be added or taken away from it, unscrupulous individuals can fiddle with the low grade stunner and cause it to produce a higher voltage shock; with a few others managing to replace it with a hold out blaster. Additionally, while its recording device is entirely meant to recording the daily planners and take dictation from its owner, some have been jury rigged to act as unseen recording devices.
