I understand if the answer is "That ship has sailed" however I still have a personal silver tier reward from the Omega event I never used. I was wondering that even now with the removal of particular 'dev' I would be able to still redeem it?

Basically there is a certain canon item I'm after and one of the prizes was the submitting of a singular unique item without dev. Would it be possible or not?
