Strengths:
Mobile: Allows for full mobility and is very light
Protective: Enchanted by blood magic, the gown of the former Queen can defend her from a wide variety of threats, providing very good protection from Lightsabers, Vibro weapons, and extreme protection from poison, and also semi resistant to temperature extremes, though it can be destroyed if exposed to temperatures ten degrees below zero for more than four minutes or by remaining in four hundred and fifty degree temperatures for more than three minutes, or exposed to voltages of fifty thousand volts for more than twenty seconds.
Dark Magic: Enchantments applied to the armorweave give it a number of additional advantages, such as the ability to repair itself, decent protection from Sith and Dathomir type magic, enable her to better sense lightsaber attacks at night, render her immune to tear knowledge attempts from all but the most powerful practitioners of the art, who even then will struggle to get past it, and making her seem much more powerful to other Dark Adepts than she actually is, with it actively attempting to sap the morale of even very powerful practitioners of The Dark Side.
Weaknesses:
Only so much protection: It can withstand only two to three pistol grade blaster, slug thrower, and sonic bolts, and can only take up to three direct blows from a lightsaber, and up to six from a vibro weapon before the area thats been hit needs to repair itself, though its extreme protectiveness against poison remains active throughout.
Ion weakness: Provides no protection from Ion
Paddle Beam: Provides no protection from paddle beams.
Baffor Pollen: Exposure to baffor pollen causes extreme physical pain to Maranon, due to a reaction between the enchantments and the pollen.
Voids: Force voids disable the enchantments if entered, and they stay inactive until the void is left.
Slow repair: Takes fifteen minutes to fully repair any damage, however miniscule
DESCRIPTION
The Queen's Gown was Maranon's preferred protection during her days as a queen, made of armor weave tainted with blood enchantments that provide immense protection to certain threats as well as projects power. Though the gown provided extreme protection from poison, it was not being worn by Maranon on the day she originally died, poisoned by a former lover with Synox. The irony of this is that in the entirety of Maranon's rule as Queen of ancient Katanos Seven, she never had one person attempt to poison her except on the one day she decided she had been bored with the gown and wanted to wear something else. It just goes to show that the old adage is true: Better to have and not need than to need and not have.
