Purifying The Clan

Nai' Frerstal

Speak of the devil. A small squad of the Hutts soldiers had been lying in wait at the spaceport, as they popped out from behind cover. One large brute charged Nai' Frerstal, but he quickly pulled out his knife and stabbed him in the side of the head, right before he was going to strike him down. He quickly pulled out the knife, and stuck it in the corpse's back, using it as a meat shield, as he neared a taxi. He threw away the husk after pulling out the knife, and broke the window and quickly struck down the terrified driver. He just hoped the Gungan didn't come back...

A Gungan on Nal Hutta was an incredibly rare thing, and keeping a low profile was exceptionally difficult as he entered the spaceport. However, the Barable would be just as easily spotted, which might serve to Mehrk's advantage. The tricky part would be finding an independent pilot and perhaps fighting the scaled one. He had survived one of his most efficient life-snuffing methods and was proving to be a nuisance. Mehrk wondered if he was worth the trouble...

Still, it would be nice to not be strapped for cash for once, and the Gungan was feeling a little lucky today, despite all the bad luck that had already occurred. Hiding a knife against his thigh, he waited by the door to Dock Alpha-2, the smuggler captain of the currently docked ship lying unconscious on the hangar floor. Mehrk spit into his palm and rubbed it on his blade's handle for extra grip. The money would be his in no time.

The taxi slowly lifted off from the grimy surface, as the Barabel began flying for the sky. He sighed in relief, as he got comfortable in his chair and began piloting away from the chaotic land beneath him.

(Sorry for the short post, couldn't really say much! [member="Mehrk Gorbi"] )

Mehrk waited... and waited... and waited. The Barabel never showed up, and the Gungan finally realized that the reptilian was either dead or had managed to evade him. Maybe he was on the lam--Mehrk did not know for sure. Whatever had happened to the murderer, it was not important enough for the Gungan hitman to stick around. Best that he leave now while he was unidentified so he could come back later without a deathmark.

Dragging the unconscious smuggler up the ramp and into his own ship, Mehrk prepped the engines and made an unauthorized exit of Nal Hutta airspace. He didn't care about the authorities. They had cost him his bounty.

What a ripoff.

(Thanks for the RP. Hope to revisit this little rivalry sometime in the future.)
