Special Features: biometric scanners in the hilt make it to where only Pryde can ignite his lightsaber. The bifurcating cyclic ignition allows the blade to function normally even underwater. The Vexxtal crystal powering the saber has a chance of tainting those it hits with the darksider. The Kunda stone lenses allow for better blaster deflection.

Description: A seemingly normal lightsaber constructed on Korriban by the Sith, Jayce Pryde. The save itself powered by a Vexxtal crystal the heightens Jacye's connection to the darksider as well as having a chance to taint those it hits with Darkside energy. The focusing lenses used by Jayce give the blade a slightly broader look as well as allowing better than average blaster deflection. The hilt of the saver itself looking rather plain and made of Durasteel with inlaid gold etchings for each kill the lightsaber has made. The main downfall of the blade also being the Vexxtal crystal which attunes Jayce to the Darkside more and more every time he uses it...Slowly corrupting him further with every swing.

Songsteel is a restricted material. In order to use it I need a development thread which completes one of the objectives found in the restricted and banned items list. You can remove it from the sub if you don't want to do it.

You can, just go to the Technology Submission Modification Request thread and post a request, following the template given, with a link to the development thread and request that songsteel be added as a material, and give a quote of the portions of the description in this submission where you want songsteel to be inserted and then a quote of the edited section below it. If you need any help at the point where you want to add the casing, you can either PM myself or any FJ, [member="Spencer Jacobs"], or @Cira. We also have a Factory Q&A thread in the Factory Discussion forum that you can peruse to both ask questions and see if your question (or any other questions) might have been answered, as well.
