Proper procedure for second chancing a planet sub.

I made a submission a while back (http://starwarsrp.net/topic/48517-lateria/) for clarity it was on my main writer account and this is the sub I am most active with so I would be second chancing under this. I wanted to second chance it with a complete rework of most of the details within, though for the purpose of it being a similar planet idea I believe second chance would be the way to go. My question is, is there any specific procedures I need to make sure I follow in doing this to ensure it goes smoothly?
