I have a question on Production scale. I understand that the other ratings like Speed and Armament scale to the size of the ship so a fighter with low maneuverability would still be more maneuverable in absolute terms than a Star Destroyer with a low rating. Does that apply to production scale as well? I can see a semi-unique Star Destroyer being limited to a half dozen at most but would a semi-unique fighter be able to have say a dozen or two fielded examples?
A second question. Let's say I submit a limited production ship for use by my Clan. All is good per my understanding of the rules. If a PC wishes to buy an example of that ship for their personal use, could I sell them one even though the would-be buyer is not technically part of the approved group?
