Warrior Nobility - Dorne is a highly accomplished warrior and rider, and schooled in the arts of war, administration and diplomacy. His father trained him as a Jedi-in-secret, and has superb lightsaber skill.
Duelist - Calato is extremely honed in lightsaber combat, and will more often than not come out on top... in a straight-up lightsaber duel amongst his peers/ level. However, he is not yet so experienced as to deal with unusual enemies, tactics or heavy Force users.
Fight with Honor - Blasters are dishonorable! Explosives are dishonorable! Sneak attacks are dishonorable! Guerilla warfare is dishonorable! A duel surrounded by enemies? why of course, duels are honorable!
Fight for Honor - I shall layeth the smackdown on the Sith Lord who murdered my ex-Jedi father and his entire bodyguard single-handedly

BIOGRAPHY:
The only son of Cyrano Dorne and Camilla Dorne, the Consul of a republican city. Cyrano was a Jedi Knight who had decline the promotion to Master to return to rule his home city, upon the death of his brother Cato. Cato had been killed in a 'hunting accident', and thus Cyrano either had to return or have the monarchy restored- as such, he was elected Consul by the Senate. Cyrano effected many social reforms, advocating better living conditions, treatment and pay for the common folk- making him beloved by the masses, but quietly vilified by the ruling aristocracy. Cyrano believed his city should be given over to Democracy.
Cyrano ruled many years secretly fearing for his family. Camilla had been his Padawan, but their fierce feelings had made them anomalies in the Jedi order, choosing quietly to be expelled. He trained his children- Calato his only son, and his daughters Cyrena and Crizila, in the ways of the Force, in addition to raising them as capable civil servants and decent people, rather than spoiled nobility. As Cyrano's spies report of discontent among the aristocracy, as well as numerous uprisings in otherwise prosperous protectorates, his duties call him away from his family more and more.
To supplement Calato's training, Cyrano called upon his old friends within the order. He would give his son the choice to leave the life of rulers, to serve instead as Jedi.
Meanwhile, Co-Consul Gailan, the co-ruler to Cyrano, and a member of the old aristocracy, moves his plot into motion. Calling upon allies amongst the One Sith, Gailan invites Cyrano to a hunt, that the two men could set aside their differences and work together for a better future. Of course, accidents tend to happen during these hunts...

FORCE POWERS: Calato relies on the force to support and complement his strengths, rather than achieve external outright effects.
Enhanced reflexes - Calato uses the Force to exhibit the reflexes and skill of a Jedi in training, including lightsaber wielding.
Enhanced fitness - Calato uses the Force to enhance his speed and stamina, complementing his superb blade skill.
Healing - Commune with the living Force itself to restore damaged cells and purify toxins. Out of combat of course.
Bravura - Dorne's presence emboldens his allies and makes them less susceptible to panic and fear-based Force powers.
Lightsaber Telekinesis - retrieves his lightsaber with the Force because he's too lazy or he actually needs to. Or maybe throw it like a boomerang.
Animal Friendship - that's a stupid power and you know it!
