Work In Progress Primordium

A man can change his stars
OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Planet Name:
    • Unknown original name
    • Called "Primordium"
  • Demonym: No living permanent residents.
  • Region: Currently in the Unknown region near the Yashuvhu system, Rogue Planet
  • System Name: N/A
  • System Features: As a Rogue Planet, or otherwise known as a Starless Planet, means it is nearly roaming the galaxy without being held down due to a gravitational pull from other celestial bodies such as Blackholes, Suns, other planets, or the like.
  • Location: Yashuvhu Hex
  • Major Imports:
    • Foodstuffs
    • Survival gear
    • General living goods
    • Archeological equipment
  • Major Exports:
    • Ancient Technology yet unfounded
    • Archeological finds, including forgotten force relics, crystals, technology, culture, etc.
  • Unexploited Resources:
    • Current state is that no resources found are to be extracted as messing with the structure of the planet, via mining, explosions or otherwise could damage old artifacts, ancient technology, or lead to discovery of resources that can be dangerous to the modern world.
GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
  • Gravity: 3.17m/s - 38% of a Standard Atmosphere
  • Climate: Temperate climate. Typically on the colder side, but not requiring special clothing or gear in order to be planetside. It is unsure if the planet has this climate due to being not bound to a star, or if there are other factors affecting the planet. Mainly due to the fact of it having a smaller atmosphere than that of a standard planet.
  • Primary Terrain: Significant evidence shows the planet may have been either a mountainous tundra, or a water covered planet. Signs of previous life such as fossilized remains can be found, but due to the amount of them, it is unsure exactly what these creatures or being were. The terrain is almost entirely rock formations. Primarily the upper crust is comprised of sedimentary rock formations that have been untouched for a carbon dating of almost 37,000 years ago.
  • Atmosphere: Type 1. Strangely, when delving into the deepest parts of the planet, there are pockets in which the oxygen content severely drops to require a mask. Categorizing it as a type 3.
LOCATION INFORMATION
  • Capital City: Archeological Site 5 AKA; Haven
  • Planetary Features: The planet is assumed to be entirely covered in a single collection of "ruins" that were left by the previous civilization. The planet had been used much like a modern day Courscant where it may have been at once many cities, but later just merged all into a singular city/planet that in order to continue building decided to build downward. Massive city structures and ruins are deep within the planetary body and are all connected or conjoined by series of passages, and branching of the city. It is assumed that once one were to move deep enough below the surface, it would just be one massive city that would surround the core of the planet and use the planets core as a heat source, and energy source. A rather large host of these connecting pathways have caved in, or were damaged by some unknown outside force. Signs on the crust suggest that many asteroids have struck the planet, but none so big as to cause the crushing of the most deepest cave ins that are far away from the origin of the impacts. it is presumed that the planet when it had still be active had quakes, and thus caused the cave ins. However, due to the state of the planet, its believed that the core of the planet is dying, and thus not causing the movement of magma to cause a shift in crust level plates. The lower gravity also means that there is less force being applied to the structural integrity of such occurrences.
  • Major Locations:
    • Archeological Digs: There are a couple locations, currently eight(8) in total that have been erected by the Galactic Alliance in an effort to discover the history of the planet. Many of which, have been open to the Jedi Order so that those who wish to aid in this effort may do so. Some have even taken the usage of this as part of the Padawan Trials in designated areas.
    • Planetary Ruins: A majority of the planetary ruins have been built underground, and with the system of pathways, tunnels and catacombs suggest that the planet itself has nearly been gutted in an effort to create a planet wide society by the previous tenants. Much can be found within these walls, and maze like construction. Thus, most of these passages have not been mapped or graphed out.
  • Force Nexus (Optional):
  • Intent: Generate a reasoning for force users to explore the planet and use it to create stories.
  • Nexus Name: The Core
  • Nexus Alignment: Neutral
  • Size: Planetary
  • Strength: While standing upon the crust of the planet, the nexus given the name of "The Core" has nearly no effect. However, the draw of the force has been found to become stronger the deeper one were to move inward to the planetary body. Due to it being Neutral in nature, it holds a classification of being potentially dangerous to Force users, as being closer and closer to the core of the planet itself, can cause the force to act in ways that may have been thought of as unnatural. Some reports of non-force users have also mentioned the feeling of an "Aura" upon the planet in which can augment the sensory of many things. Such reports mentions being able to hear from longer distances, having sharper vision and a increased sensitivity to the general "senses" of the body. This includes the force in Force Users. Not that this can make a being feel "powerful" but more so keenly aware of more, of their surroundings and sensory efficiency. However, this heightened feeling can be nauseating to individuals who are within the depths of the planet for prolonged periods of time. Moreover, if one were to be on the planet for a longer period of time, leaving to the surface, or the planet itself could cause a person to feel as though they have been deprived of the senses, lightheaded, headaches, and in some severe cases, temporary loss of one or multiple sensory facilities.
  • Accessibility: Semi-limited. While the nexus itself is considered planetary wide, as just going deeper into the planet causes one to feel this influence more strongly, its difficult to reach deeply enough to cause more powerful effects due to the maze like nature of the ruins, as well as many passages being caved in or blocked off, thus requiring navigating an uncharted maze in order to move deeper within.
  • Effects: Increased sensory facilities, More easily able to use the force, Reduced fatigue from utilizing force powers.
