It started as the whim of a petty dictator imposed on the minds of Automatron. But when Lunafreya Solidor, Duchess of JanFathal snapped her whip and barked her orders, the best course of action was doing what she desired, otherwise 'heads would roll', she enjoyed that, quite a lot, sometimes she did it by herself and chopped off the head of someone that displeased her with a swing from her golden singing scythe. And so, Automatron once again began to do what they were told, they started a project that would be become something even greater.
The masters of Automatron built as requested a mace. A strong and powerful mace meant to be the ultimate weapon for a deadly creature such as a Rancor, and not just any rancor. But a dangerous animal trained by Lunafreya and given the proper bloodlust that a animal called 'Precious' by a murderer such as herself could have. To deliver such weapon in the hands of a murderer like Lunafreya Solidor, and worse, to that bunch of fanatic warlords that the New Imperial Order was famous for hosting. They almost destroyed this creation, tried to burn every holodisk and every data regarding this construction, but they halted. Perhaps due to fear, perhaps loyalty, they didn't know then and they still don't know now.
