Rationale: Bellalika has always been industrious but now as she is finding her memory gaps becoming more and more frequent and a need to settle down an help out her friend the commander. She has taken an office and set up shop on the CIS world to begin doing what needs to be done to help out. Money and power will help the CIS

Description: Praestigiae Shop is a brain child of Bellalika's she has gotten tired of merely selling her designs for gear and her skills. She wants to make the real money and not only get a portion. So after the CIS took Kamino she made her move getting as much as she could to buy a slightly damaged storage area, the parts to repair it and rent an office above but still in the bottom of the city. She doesn't even know if they actually put her name on a list for location but has spent time working on it. Her few weapons are there and overseeing her office is one of the slaves she rescued on Ryloth. The Kaminoens take 65% of what she makes on the sale of cloned organs and extra bits for the use of some of their facility then take 85% off the top for designer slaves. Made to be slightly simple minded and serve their masters who is flashed with whatever skills needed into their memories. The remaining 15% gets divided up with 10 going to the CIS and 5 to Bellalika to fund her still a good amount of credits i the end. As it has gotten larger it has developed departments for its industries and taken up a few more things.
The further need to expand has caused Bellalika to call in several people she has met along her travels. Trusted friends who could do their job and help the cause. She has expanded the scope to stuff the CIS doesn't normally need but can still provide a service. She has been working to make it more useful compared to the ones who seem to get all the business of the CIS. She would never really act but better to have her own business then wait for scraps to come her way. She didn't make it to step on toes just to carve out her place in the faction she came to help out in. The CIS's plans for Kamino while interesting are cliched to the point Bellalika took the position she is in for one reason to not allow constant clone armies to be created and keep things away from those who might abuse it. Her mentality of protecting and having honor carries over as the buyers of even the slaves have to be somewhat respectable and aren't going to just kill the clone. She has vowed to never make an army. All proceeds and sales send a percentage tot he Galactic Child's for War Orphans Charity

- Selling small arms that can be mass produced and are cheap. the CIS takes a large cut of the profits but it also employs the technology sold. The Department is headed up by Juudi La Fey

Designs(armor, ship, heavy weapons):
- A departmental think tank Bellalika got together to come up with new ideas thy could build and sell off for a profit. Most of what comes out is useful but they either lack the resources to mass produce it or it isn't worth the cost to them. So it is sold/traded to other members of the CIS or to the highest bidder. The Department is headed up by Serci La Rouge
Cloned organs/parts:
- Done for the Black Market and sold at a steep price the Kaminoians take a large cut but proceeds go to the CIS and then to Bellalika. The position she took upon herself to keep it out of unsavory hands. Department is headed up by Nathan Addams
Custom high end clone slaves made and trained to order:
- Single grown made to order clone slaves. Their appearance and flash training are designed custom for the buyers needs and every aspect of them can be chosen. From hair, gender, eyes, species. Slaves are sold after making sure everything is to exact specifications and the buyers liking with Kamino taking a percent then the CIS and Ballalika. Clones are grown in single tubes and take one to three months to properly grow and train. This is not for military purposes although there is no denying that the credits from sale will be used to fund the CIS war machine. Department headed up by Doctor Gangreen
Small scale field equipment:
- Headset and packs with everything in between that might be needed for the CIS agents in the field. Light in weight and sometimes easily broken but reliable and multipurpose in design. Department is headed up by Kesha Saladin.
Clothing Department:
- A personal favorite of Bellalika's and made to supply uniforms and civilian clothing. Also sold to people in shops and outside the CIS. Deaprtment is headed up by Akasha de Mon
Research and development:
- Pistols: Slugthrowers, shatter gun, caustic and blaster tech researched and either built or sold off to the highest bidder
- Rifles: Slugthrowers, shatter gun, caustic and blaster tech researched and either built or sold off to the highest bidder
- Blades: Vibro, plasma and poison edged whatever can be made to try and improve the basic weapons.
- Armor design: Light, medium and heavy armor designs and research to better suit the CIS
- Ship design: From fighter to warship and capital ships. Whatever they can think off and make work.
- Field equipment: Camo cloaks, cigar holders, ammo packs and medical bags
- Utility tools: Headsets, wrist pads and hacking tools, most of what is made is for agents within the CIS and officers to organize and be better prepared.
- Holographic Interactive Program: Or HIP is being designed for person use on computers and ship systems. Further technology is to make a tool for the wrist but in heavy development.
- Stealth technology: Department that sits on their butts all day cause the best source for stealth tech is limited and rare. Always looking but not much else they can do.
