Posting issue

Just got back from being away for a while, and couldn't help but notice an issue... My posting box lacks the top bar that has all of the posting options, and when I try to post it acts like the light switch icon is turned off, as to see coding. Something else I noticed is that I cannot bring up the box to edit profile bios. Not sure if these two are connected.

Tried a few other things, I also cannot edit posts or signatures. I couldn't even reply to this topic while on my computer (on my phone atm) Again, not sure if these are linked to the above problems.
